I completed a four-night stay at this property for a corporate visit, and I wanted to share my experience. Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the level of attention and care provided by the staff. Manish, in particular, made a significant impact on my visit. He met with me several times to ensure that my stay was comfortable and to address any needs I might have had. His proactive approach and genuine concern for my comfort did not go unnoticed. The facilities were well-maintained, and the service was exceptional. I would like to extend my thanks to Manish and the entire team for making my stay so pleasant. I highly recommend this property and would certainly choose to stay here again for future visits.

The hotel is good, located conveniently. My office decided this hotel for my stay for my official trip. And I found this hotel good. Their food is good. Staff are courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Manish for ensuring my needs are met. He recommended some good options at breakfast. They've night lounge also, I didn't get chance to visit but it seemed good. I will stay again in future. Very good hotel in Bareilly.

I had to return early morning next day due to a sudden change in my program and i wanted that my booking should be converted to 'room only" type and money charged for meals refunded to me. But the hotel refused to obelize stating that since the booking had been done through makemytrip, they could not help in the matter.

Hotel Swarn Towers is clean, comfortable, and wel maintained . They have great restaurants with excellent ambiance also Thanks to Manish Kumar, Areeb and Rajneesh for their excellent service. I had a pleasant stay and highly recommend this place
