BCN Urbaness Hotels Bonavista is a budget-friendly, 2-star hostel in Barcelona’s vibrant Gràcia district, offering excellent value for young travelers. Its prime location, just 400 meters from La Pedrera and a short walk from Casa Batlló, is a standout. Guests praise the clean, compact rooms, free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and friendly staff. However, some note small rooms, occasional noise from street-facing rooms, and basic amenities like hard mattresses or no fridge.
The room is big enough to be a suite. The location is in the grace area. It is a 15-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia. There are many restaurants around. The overall feeling is safer. The comb bed is soft and it is not comfortable to sleep.
좋았습니다. 위치도, 시설도 다 좋았었어요.
셀프 체크인도 쉬웠고, 편했어요. ( 자물쇠를 열고 닫는게 익숙하진 않았지만..)

A great experience, I really like this apartment located in the center of Barcelona. I feel like the locals, I have integrated into the local life circle, and I am very comfortable. The house is very large, with six balconies. Children like this room. The living room and kitchen are very large. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a special laundry balcony. A family of three lives very happily. There is a refrigerator. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, all kinds of tableware and kitchen supplies are very complete and convenient. Talking about the surrounding area, there are many supermarkets, including Carrefour and Dia Tiantian we know, as well as many local supermarkets and Chinese supermarkets. Speaking of play, you can walk to the Mira’s House, Gué II Park, Casa Batlló, and the Cathedral. We took our children out for a walk in the afternoon. Speaking of shopping, the first-tier brands are all near the Mira House, which is within walking distance. Will choose to stay next time.
We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The place was clean and spacious and the app based lock system worked very well. The deposit was also returned quickly as advertised.
The tv was a bit small and lacked apps so we couldn't really use it, and there were no wine glasses so we had to buy some, otherwise the place was perfect, recommended.

Hotel location and environment exceeded expectations. Hotel location is very good, although not in the popular city center, but the traffic is very convenient, very close to the subway station and the station, it is very convenient to take Metro Line 3 and the small train S1, S2, walk to the Mira House, quiet in the middle of noisy, convenient dining, Chinese super Japanese Korean food everything. The hotel itself is very safe. The front desk is on duty 24 hours a day. The door must be opened by the staff inside. When you go out, you can leave the key to the front desk for safekeeping, saving worry and effort. Although the room is not big, it has everything, especially a small stove and basic kitchenware seasonings. The basic meals are no problem. You can also buy semi-finished products from the supermarket for secondary processing to improve the comfort of the journey. The only regret is that the laundry is inconvenient, but there are many self-service laundry shops near the hotel, and the hotel itself also has laundry service. In general, the hotel is cost-effective and worth the choice of family travel.
Very spacious apartment and fully equipped; great base for exploring Barcelona. We had 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms for a family 6 (two kids and my husband and my parents); it can easily fit another 2-4 people.
We booked “ private chief” service through the hotel website( external provider) it was the high light of our trip. The chief Betsy threw us a superb dinner and with lovely atmosphere.
A little hiccup at check out thought. We requested late check out the day before and the lady at the reception checked the arrival time of next booking and advised it should be okay with time and we could stay till 2 pm. In the morning when we re-confirm it with the reception Chris; we were told otherwise. He expressed the difficulty to have the apartment till 2 pm and said it had to be 1 pm. It was disappointing and inconvenient ( with two kids and two elderly) but we agreed to that and also told there would be extra 50 euro for late check out.
However the lift was stuck and it took us 20 mins to come down with suitcases (without help) at 13:20 (20 mins later than we agreed) and we then had to pay 100 euro (the receptionist Chris claimed it was 50 euro per hour!).
It was fair enough if it was communicated clearly before we made our arrangements but it WAs NoT. And what we are most unhappy about is the attitude of the staff Chris. He was unfriendly, cold and unhelpful; he could make better efforts in communication and instead of being rude.
The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful, and check-in is smooth. While it’s slightly removed from the city center, public transport is nearby, making it easy to get around. Great value for a peaceful stay away from the crowds.

Great
GGuoguojizhonglealiThe most satisfactory hotel for this trip, the service is considerate, and the building itself is very impressive. A kettle, slippers and other supplies are all available, and the service awareness is also very good, which is rare in European hotels~ In addition, the location is excellent, at one end of Gracias Avenue, and I will stay in this hotel next time I go to Barcelona.
GGuest UserThe hotel I was most looking forward to on this trip, it really didn't disappoint!
The room is very big, the best hotel should be a suite, each room type has two rooms and two to three beds
There is champagne and snacks in the welcome package, the decoration style is very suitable for taking pictures and enjoying a leisurely vacation in the room, the only drawback is that the heating is a little bit behind, and the water flow in the shower is too small and too cold
Qqianhua03041120Located in a developing area, the transportation was very convenient. I stayed there for three nights, and really appreciated being able to buy groceries and cook for myself, which was both economical and practical. The cleanliness was also quite good, and the secure lockers with automatic locks added to my peace of mind.
GGuest UserI loved the hostel. It's a great option if you're just planning to spend the night and have a place to shower. The location is the best. I stayed in a mixed-gender room, and it was really quiet, and everyone was very respectful.
AAnonymous UserIt's good to make an appointment in a hurry. I stayed in a mixed 16-person dormitory for 4 days, and the ratio of women was about 1-2. The atmosphere of the dormitory was not talking in the room, and there were many people who only slept for a while. The accommodation facilities were satisfactory for the low price and the curtains by the bed protected privacy. The host and staff were very friendly, so I recommend it!
AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel was difficult to understand and I didn't contact the way to check in in advance, so I had to contact the front desk by international phone after arriving nearby. (around 19:30)
It was a time when there was no one at the front desk, I couldn't find the Wifi password in my room, and I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi.
The bed was clean and the bathroom was very clean.
I would like to stay again if you contact me by email in advance about the check-in method.
