A great stay! Firstly the room was huge with a spacious sink and bathroom. I loved the sink in the room, it was very spacious and could accommodate two people to wash up and do their makeup at the same time. Secondly it was equipped with kitchen facilities with a microwave hob and fridge, really handy. overall it it worthy and the location was good, easy to get to everywhere, I would book again next time!

While the room was on the smaller side, it was thankfully quite clean. The breakfast selection was limited. Slippers were provided, but you needed to ask the front desk for toothbrushes.

Hotel location is very good, about 2 kilometers from the Mira House, walk to the various alleys are also popular, very local atmosphere. I didn't get the password, communicated with them, and I was still very patient to help us solve the problem step by step. In the end, when I was almost out of strength, I checked in smoothly. This kind of self-service check-in was still a bit troublesome. Check out early, there is no place to store luggage.

It was nice that there was a large mart right across the hotel, and I got room 407, which was smaller than the photos on the website, but it was fine for my stay. 😅 There were many bus stops around, so I thought transportation was really good, and the security around the hotel seemed okay. 😀The best thing about Condado Hotel was that the water pressure was good and the water was hot. 👍🏻 Since we spent much more time sightseeing than we did at the hotel, I recommend it as a cost-effective hotel for travelers like us.

The staff was kind and the room was very clean. I stayed for 2 nights and the room was cleaned on the second day. There is a delicious cafe next door. It is a little far from the tourist spots so you will need to travel by train.

Cleanliness: The double we had was spotless clean. I couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the room or the bathroom. The rooms were spacious too. Location: The hotel was a little far from the main places, if your walking by foot but by car they were all near by. There is a parking space provided by the hotel, which you have to pay for an additional fee. Otherwise you can get free parking on the streets between 2000-0800 or on the weekends. During peak hours or on the weekdays, it’s difficult to get parking. Service: For some reason when we arrived for the check in, the hotel staff received confirmation for 1 person when I booked two. That issue quickly got resolved when I had to send them my confirmation email and voucher to prove I paid for two adults. The staff were lovely and attentive. Amenities: The hotel has a restaurant with it, a fitness area. The room had towels provided with it with hot running water. The rooms were sound proof. I couldn’t fault the room. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Downside: When you check in, we had to pay city tax at the hotel. It was my fault as I didn’t read the small print so I was a little unprepared for that. But I would prefer if I had the option to pay that online before hand which I didn’t. The city tax was £4.25 per person per night or in euros €4.50.

The room is clean and the cleaning service is thoughtful. The facilities are complete and the furniture is well maintained. The transportation is convenient and close to the city center. The front desk provides English service, the feedback is very timely, and the renewal is free of drinks. The only drawback is that I wanted a king-size bed room and checked in early, but the room type given was two single beds put together. The bed has rollers under it and cannot be fixed. If you sleep in the middle, the bed will move and you may fall easily.
