The hotel reception staff were amazing and very friendly. The hotel is renovated and clean and in a perfect location. However, the room service is charged and they don't provide still water in the rooms, the fees of the water is very expensive in comparison to supermarkets.

I reserved a balcony room and loved the fantastic view over the city. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The service was excellent—the staff even asked in advance about my pillow and sheet preferences. The hotel is also just a short walk from both Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, which made sightseeing really easy. Highly recommended!

very convenient location, walking to the center only takes about 10-15 minutes. nice room, minimalist, clean. before booking, I read comments complaining about the water pressure, but when I used it, it was fine, the only thing is that the faucet is a bit loose. the refrigerator is not very cool. those are the 2 minus points, otherwise it was still a very good experience.

The location is fantastic! You can pretty much walk everywhere to explore Barcelona, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. I even came back for a quick nap in the afternoon when I was tired before heading out again. The front desk service was excellent. They arranged a car for me to go watch the sunrise at the beach early in the morning and patiently communicated the destination with the driver. It was a really pleasant travel experience.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. it's located very close to transportation with access to all the places a tourist needs to go. The reception are very friendly and helpful. There are only a few negative points in our room was no windows to open or a ventilation, and there was no cold water on the faucet. We told reception about hot water, and they sent someone but they couldn't fix it.

Perfect location, with private parking! The room is spacious with a living area and dining area. Also there is a balcony where you can smoke. The stuff is nice and beautiful. The roof top can view Casa Mila!
