Barcelona Eixample Hotels

The hotel reception staff were amazing and very friendly. The hotel is renovated and clean and in a perfect location. However, the room service is charged and they don't provide still water in the rooms, the fees of the water is very expensive in comparison to supermarkets.

It was close to Catalunya Square within 7-8 minutes on foot, so it was nice to be able to get there without transferring from Barcelona Airport by airport bus. The temperature inside was low, but the information desk provided an additional heater, so I stayed warm without any problems. Also, as shown in the attached photo, the night view of the street, including the lighting store visible from the window, was beautiful.

The front desk staff was excellent. I arrived early, and since a room was available, they kindly offered me a complimentary early check-in. I truly appreciated their flexibility. The room door was a bit tricky. After swiping the key card, you needed to push it quite firmly to open it. I struggled to open it a couple of times, thinking it was faulty. I eventually called the front desk, and they clarified that I simply wasn't pushing hard enough. Guests can go up to the rooftop terrace without a reservation to take photos, offering fantastic views of the Sagrada Familia. The hotel's close proximity to Sagrada Familia also means you can easily visit in the morning to capture its reflection.

The location is super good, very close to the Sagrada Familia, you can see the Sagrada Familia from the balcony, the room is large, the kitchen facilities are complete, there is a big supermarket downstairs, we bought milk, bread, drinks, etc., which can be placed in the refrigerator, and the microwave can also heat milk. It is close to the subway and convenient for travel. There are Chinese and Western restaurants nearby. It is very suitable for a family of three or even four (the large sofa in the living room can also sleep one person). It is worth recommending. It is recommended to arrange a place to dry clothes on the small balcony in the kitchen.

Excellent hotel!!! I liked absolutely everything. Excellent staff, girls great thanks for such a warm reception! ❤️ For such a price, in the very center of Barcelona, it's just a fairy tale! Also a very delicious breakfast included! Leather, pillows super soft and comfortable. Impressions are full delight!!! 🫶 My score is 10 out of 10. We will definitely come again. Smart!

The overall feeling is far more than two stars. The bathroom I live in is outside the room, but the room has a beautiful roof and mosaic floor paving. There is also a French balcony to see the street. Summer should be great. The reception staff was very enthusiastic, helped us with our luggage, guided us to see the available space and asked if we needed to help book a rental to the airport the next morning. There is a French kitchen restaurant that can be used all day, and coffee milk hot water is complete. By the way, their coffee machine can choose the language. There is a small courtyard, but smoking is not allowed. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Really close to Sagrada Familia 3 minutes walk? I really liked the location. The room was quiet and clean and so nice. There are also tableware, so it was nice to be able to pack honey cod and eat hamon cheese and wine. It's very close to the delicious churros shop and the food shop ink shop. It's really the best. I will stay again next time I go to Barcelona again. Spain was so happy... I'll go again next year.

It was a good experience staying in Serennia Exclusive rooms! The location was excellent, it is closed and really can walk around the city by foot to many tourist attractions, food and shopping area. Upon check in was greeted by a very friendly lady, Ms Kasia, she has assisted in my early check in since I arrived really early in the morning. Also upon check out, a very kind and friendly lady Ms Susana Ferrer has assisted in my additional luggage storage issue, really appreciate her help! Sad on my return trip I did not manage to book a room there as they were fully booked! Will definitely book Serennia Exclusive Room on my next trip back to Barcelona again!

The attitude of the hotel staff towards the guests is of the highest level, they are attentive and do everything to ensure that the customer is satisfied. The breakfast is excellent, very varied and tasty. The hotel is has a wondeful gym with music and air conditioning. It is certenly One of the best hotels I have visited.

check-in was good, staff was patient. A little unflexible with late check-out, but upon multiple request they extended checkout by 1 hr. The Location is central and convenient, but it does mean a lot of noise for Fri and Sat night. The room is quite dated, though amenniitis were good. Slippers were soft and comfortable, better than the W's Gym is very small, with tiny range of equipment. Overall, a reasonable experience.
