Absolutely outstanding for all the years travelling and different hotels I’ve visited this left such a lasting impression.
I was blown away by the customer service at this hotel and attention to detail like welcome water and a free drink, there is a spa with sauna steam and unreal jacuzzi.
The rooms were spotless with luxury amenities.
We also made a special request as unsure when booking if we had got the right room, they fulfilled beyond our expectations and upgraded us for free, which was so kind and accommodating considering it was a late booking.
Their service honestly made our last night in Barcelona so memorable and confirmed we would stay here again over an Airbnb in Barcelona.
Would recommended to anyone.
Such a good location , price and relaxing stay ( especially to anyone who is crazy enough to do 20k steps in the heat everyday like us)

The price of the hotel is affordable, and the room color is Tiffany blue, which is simple and bright. The front desk staff are friendly, the door is locked at night, there are security guards, and there is a button at the door. It feels very safe. It is extremely convenient to travel. It is very close to Poble Sec Station of Metro Line 3. It also provides toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste), 🪒, and body lotion. There is a display cabinet in the lobby, full of zippo lighters, haha!

CcorinnePretty nice hotel with friendly staff. Its strengths are its closed car park, a very nice breakfast and its location not far from the Spanish Steps.
Its negative points, a strong smell of tobacco in the room on our arrival but especially the room on the street side without double glazing so rather noisy and the height the shutter which does not close and the pigeons which come to wake you up every morning ...
But overall I'm pretty happy with the establishment.

There were several supermarkets nearby, but the laundromat was a bit far away.
