Super secret and difficult to find. Breakfast is OK. But there are a lot of beggar refugees at the door. One person is not recommended. Sanitary equipment is OK. There is no elevator. Pulling a large box is not recommended.
This hotel is easy to find from the airport by taxi and it is great value for the cost. The room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Air conditioned. Great location to walk around and get meals. I would recommend this place for value shoppers because it’s a good hotel.
The room was very clean, changing bath towels every day, close to the beach, very convenient to the beach. Not a hotel, but a homestay, no night service, no lobby. There is only one staff member at the front desk, and the daily working hours are from 10 to 18 o'clock. If you are not staying at this time period, you will get a room card from a nearby hotel, and the staff will put the room card there to host. Only the first floor (0 floors are bars) is this operator. I booked a sea view room, but I can't see the sea. I can see the safe haven of many boats. This experience is a bit poor. The whole building has 5 floors, but guests can't go up to the top floor, so the pictures of those who are placed on the top floor to see the sea are fake, you can't go up at all. Hotels around the haven are slaughtered, don't eat, it is expensive and unpalatable.

Honestly, this place is a gem! Room 405 has the best panoramic views of the city/harbour and a beautiful terrace area on the roof for sunbathing.
The staff were super lovely and polite, nothing was too much trouble.
Ladies at breakfast were friendly and welcoming, the food was a good selection, however the hot food items sadly weren't hot (think cold bacon slices, warm eggs, warm beans) just about warm nothing more which by the time you've buttered your toast and started to eat its all cold.
The room was super clean and comfy, room service was excellent, I requested more pillows and they arrived at my room within minutes.
The hotel is centrally located for the city/harbour and for all the sightseeing.
Beds are too hard for me but that's personal preference.
I would definitely come back here again.

Close to tourist spots, there were many delicious shops around. It was said that the coffee machine was free to use, but it didn't work no matter how many times I did it, so I minus the service, but I am very satisfied with the cute room.
Extremely well located.Made my stay perfect due to location near the Marina. The hotel itself very clean. The receptionist Edina was very friendly, helpful and made my stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
👌😊
Hotel very well located. Average insulation. Shower with defective doors, water passing below. In the bathroom, no shutter, too much lighting that enters the room. Average swimming pool, height 80cm too small, however the view is sublime at 360º. Very comfortable bed, pillow too. Excellent breakfast.
For its own swimming pool and for Picasso. The demo of this house is from China and was used in a 4-star hotel in Beijing. The position of Chinese brands in the world seems particularly friendly!
The breakfast was great. The marina is near the hotel. Walk to Columbus Square. The hotel front desk and room attendants are very friendly. The service is in place.

GGuest UserStill quite satisfied, although small, but very clean, the main location is excellent, the main attractions are within walking distance, suitable for urban rioters, if you don't mind the farthest walk for30-40 minutes, there is no need to use any transportation.
JJeidaGreat staff and service. We were upgraded because they was a mistake in our booking. Cool 2nd floor rooftop. Gets noisy on the weekends so if you are looking for quiet, ask for a room higher than the second floor and not above the rooftop. We did have ants in our room attracted by food we had in the room so just don't keep food outside, even packed. Leave everything in the fridge.
The staff resolved the issue quickly.
Breakfast options are so so. Probably not worth it when you have very nice coffee shops next to the hotel.
The room seems a bit dated, especially the shower.
GGuest UserArrived at 9 too early to check in, reception was great took our bags to storage out our passports and valluables in a safety deposit box and they have a community gurstvarea with coffee cookies and water etc to relax and unwind a bit before checkin and helped us navigate the city with maps etc. great place with a very cool decor and vibe. Would highly recommend had a eonderful Time
DDolce farnienteThe hotel is ideally located, the reception is made around the hotel.
There is a place to drink tea or coffee and a lots style cookies.
The room was a little tight, which I asked for away from noise, but during the day there was a sound from an industrial extractor.
The bathroom is very large with bathroom, I would have liked to have to do myself a bathroom. But the hand washing peak was fatal from the use. Indeed the material is not suitable for the use it has.
I'm glad you can leave your bags outside the check-out time 🙏🏽 because the day I was a holiday and everything was closed.
The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
When I came back in the morning I regrettably found a vomiting in the hallway to my room and in the courtyard the open door, and in the floor a lot of mandarin shells.
The hotel is a very nice hotel, but it is a very nice hotel, but when you see that there are cameras in the hall, the ”people” responsible for these unpleasant attitudes could do something.
GGuest UserThis is my third Safestay hostel. Last year I stayed at Passeig de Gracia. They are completely different. And this year I was at the same hotel in Porto, Portugal.
Convenient check-in, they don't accept cash at all.
I didn't like that the kitchen is small and there is no stove for cooking. The refrigerator is small and full, for such a number of tourists.
Also, there are a lot of beds in the room, too many.
Good showers, some with broken plumbing. No shower gel.
Everything is fine in terms of cleanliness, the reception area is beautifully decorated. Freshly renovated.
The guys at the reception are friendly, special thanks for that.
GGuest UserThe room is much better than how it looks in the photos provided by the hotel. It's quite small but clean and tidy. The best thing about this hotel is that the location is prefect, very close to metro station and the beach. Overall, I would say the whole stay is a great deal.
