I chose this hotel specifically for the advertised airport transfer service. The room was a bit cramped, and the location is genuinely quite out of the way. I didn't feel it offered great value for money; in fact, staying at a city center hotel and taking taxis probably would have cost about the same. To top it off, my room was right by the main road, and the soundproofing was terrible. The bed was also quite saggy, which meant I didn't get a wink of sleep all night.

Select this hotel because of location!! Is near to Barcelona Sants station and metro, too, so is perfect if you need these. Also bars restaurants nearby, so easy to find eating places. Only hotel is already some old, you cannot expect too much about this. Shower in room is so so. Finally one thing important, I stayed at room facing street, not good for sleep at all. I made mistakes not select room facing inside however these room will not have light.

The hostel is well located. The rooms are small but have everything you need: a private bathroom, TV, hairdryer, desk, and bed.
The staff isn't the friendliest I've ever encountered, but they're not unfriendly either. To be honest, they're neutral, though you won't get the scrutinizing look and subsequent personal judgment and assessment from them without asking anything. In any case, it's highly recommended as a quick, short-stay option.

The room itself was decent. Cleanliness and facilities were just okay, but the service was great. They offer free water, though you do have to go downstairs to fetch it yourself. The location is quite convenient for transport, with many bus lines and a subway station right outside. There's a large supermarket directly opposite, and plenty of dining options in the vicinity. Overall, I'd recommend it!

Location was good, the hotel was a good place to rest after a long train ride. However, check in and check out was slow. There was a loud banging noise outside the window at 5am in the morning, disturbing our sleep. Phone and safe deposit box were not working. Housekeeping walked into our room in the morning when we were still sleeping. They were also very rough with cleaning the rooms next door so it was noisy, didn’t help that the walls were thin.

There's an elementary school nearby, so it can be a bit noisy during the day, but it's quiet at night for sleeping. It's close to the train station and subway, making it convenient for getting around. The surrounding residential area has good amenities. Basically everything is good. The main consideration for choosing this store is that it is close to Sants Estacio and is convenient for catching the train. There are many small businesses on the street, ranging from catering to laundry, if necessary.
If it is inconvenient to download the Bolt taxi app, it is recommended to buy a bus ticket when you arrive to save a lot of time and money. There are ticket vending machines at the airport and stations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Barcelona! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to major attractions and public transport. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThis is such a family friendly hotel. We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious, which was the main reason why I chose this hotel. Everything can’t be any better, just like the sunny weather in Barcelona. I’ve already started looking at Intercon in Rome, as we are thinking of going there next summer. It truly deserves five stars!!
Walking distance to Monjuc and many tapas places nearby. I recommend sandwiches from O Barco and tapas dinner from Taps

GGuest UserPleasant Stay Despite a Rough Start
When I made the booking, I requested a twin bed. However, the reply I received was that it couldn’t be guaranteed — and the tone felt quite unfriendly. It honestly made me want to cancel the reservation right away. Unfortunately, cancellation wasn’t allowed, so I decided to just go ahead and see how things turned out.
To my surprise, we were given a twin room at check-in, and the staff on-site were actually friendly and helpful. The location is excellent — very convenient for buses and the metro. There’s even a stop for the A1 airport bus just one step away.
The room was well-insulated and quiet, with a good air conditioning system. I was also impressed that they offered a pillow selection — something I’ve only experienced in Japan before.
In the end, despite the rocky beginning, it turned out to be a good stay.

The front desk staff are friendly, the door is locked at night, there are security guards, and there is a button at the door. It feels very safe. It is extremely convenient to travel. It is very close to Poble Sec Station of Metro Line 3. It also provides toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste), 🪒, and body lotion. There is a display cabinet in the lobby, full of zippo lighters, haha!

It wasn't glam but peaceful and clean, and the staff were helpful and resourceful.

66052****I chose this hotel because I had business in Girona, a small town next to Barcelona, and I wanted something close to the train station. Its location is indeed very convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the station. The nearby restaurants and supermarkets also add to the convenience. However, the room facilities are quite basic and definitely not up to four-star standards. I've stayed in four-star hotels in Barcelona city center, also booked through Ctrip, and their facilities were excellent. Here, the decor uses simple wood panels, and the room is a bit small, but the service is good, and it's quite clean. My first night wasn't great because the power went out several times, and the water was off for about an hour, which was very inconvenient as we couldn't even shower. Thankfully, both electricity and water were restored to normal later that night. The breakfast area has a nice ambiance, with many business people dining and discussing matters. Although the variety of breakfast items isn't extensive, the quality is excellent, and the coffee is particularly good. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant, especially for those who need to travel by train; this is a very convenient option.
