Le Palacete Hotel Gracia District, Sonder

Catastrophic arrival despite the precautions taken before departure to resolve an access problem to my Sonder application. All my efforts were unsuccessful despite the Big Team's expression of "wanting to help" and "understanding". In short, without the help of another client who managed to speak to someone and request our access, we were on the street with all our luggage. In the studio, 2 chairs for 4 people and the dividing wall unusable and dangerous. I point this out, we get 2 additional chairs the next day not without having a few email exchanges with the Team who also had to pay a 4th night billed in advance at a high price. The insufficient soundproofing and the fact that the sofa bed is under a glass roof letting in the first rays of the sun add to the multiple inconveniences. After too many exchanges, the 4th night is finally paid without any access code hassle. However, we will have to think for ourselves to access the website rather than the application to get this access code. In short, in the middle of the holidays and despite the good intentions of the Sonder team, we could have done without these unpleasant pirouettes. Competence cannot be replaced by good intentions in customer service in the hotel industry.

Ganz gut Für uns war die Priorität grosses Zimmer und das haben wir auch bekommen bekommen (Zimmer Nr2). Etwas hellhörig aber das hat uns nicht zu sehr gestört. Das Sonder Team war immer für uns erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und unbürokratisch. Konnten spontan eine Nacht verlängern und es gibt leckeres wasser umsonst :)
