There was no such a interruptions or misunderstandings with the service, in fact I didn't see them at all. Just the recepcionists that are 24h. Rooms are nice, comfortable beds (I think this is the stronger point) and of course an area dedicated to socialization of the hostess that is pleasant and spacious enough, with sofas and vending machines. They have a great free WiFi connection, although that it didn't worked on my new phone but 100% connective with my old Redmi.
The environment was not the best, my ''room'' was in a hallway connected with all other members that I could easily hear. Doors are sliding and cannot be closed.
Each bed has its own socket so there is more privacy.
Overall a good stay for a carefree person.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, but they were very small and cramped. There was no door lock on the rooms either. A good place to stop if you are on a budget and passing through.
