The location is fantastic. Standing on the balcony, you can watch the bustling crowds below. The windows are very airtight and very quiet when closed.

Location is fantastic, the room was good and communication with staff was super easy. I did ask a lot of questions, because we wwre arriving late, and they were very patient and accommodating. I would stay there again.

Top Lage, modernes, geschmackvoll eingerichtet Apartment, Duschgel usw , Tabs für Spülmaschine usw. Sofort Urlaubsstimmung. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und auch später wurden Probleme und Fragen sehr professionell und freundlich gelöst. Zu unserer Überraschung wurde am dritten Tag geputzt, und alles nachgefüllt was fehlte. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Appartement au pied des Ramblas , proche des stations de métro et arrêt de bus . Appartement bien équipé et propre seul bémol pas de terrasse ( pour les fumeurs obligé de descendre dans les ramblas ) ,impossible de pendre ces serviettes en rentrant de la plage dehors … d autre part aucune intimité dans l appartement toute la famille dort dans la même pièce pas de séparation parent / enfant . Personnel très sympathique et résidence calme .

Spotless Clean. Coffee machine. With A/C. Washing machine. Full kitchen (appliances and utensils). Safe box in apartment. Spacious. Secure entrance building. With elevator. Great asset: free lockers for your bags on the management floor (should you have a full day in the city after check-out time). Apartment was on 5th floor (quiet) but not facing La Rambla (no balcony, no views). Metro line can be felt (but not a deal-breaker) Location: right across “Mercat de la Boqueria”, 5 minute walk to “Plaça Reial” (ample options for breakfasts, lunches, dinners), 10-minute walk to “Plaça de Catalunya” (Aerobus: airport-city center bus transfer). 20-minute bus ride (#59) to the beach at La Barceloneta.

Apartment was comfortable and clean. The area, however, not so much. Very noisy and currently under major construction which it was not communicated before booking.

Great location! Shopping and restaurants all around the apt. The unit is like new and very clean and comfortable. The owner responds to emails quickly and check in was easy. Highly recommend.
