Super hotel liked. Good location and clean rooms. Quiet

The experience is OK. The hotel has a very high ceiling and the mattress is quite comfortable. Facilities: Complete facilities Hygiene: The hygienic environment is OK. The room cleaning only spreads the quilt and sweeps the floor. There is no replenishment of paper towels and clean sheets. Environment: The location is central and the surrounding environment is OK. There are buses to various places. It is very convenient. There is also Chinese food. The distance is also very close. Service: The front desk service is very good. We actively helped us solve any problems when we checked in. The attitude of the front desk is also good. If you have any questions, you can communicate at any time.

Disappointing experience. Not recommended. I would not recommend this hotel for several reasons. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room with access from reception, located opposite the main door, in a building with extremely thin walls, where we could hear absolutely everything. When we expressed our displeasure, the staff acknowledged they had received similar complaints and kindly agreed to move us. They offered us an economy room, despite having booked a standard room. We declined because it was too small and the bed didn't meet our minimum comfort expectations. They later showed us another room, also smaller, although they insisted it was a standard room—the argument being that it had a coffee maker. We felt somewhat pressured, but ultimately accepted. Upon settling in, we noticed hairs on the bedspread, and upon lying down, we discovered the bed wasn't the size we had reserved. When we went back to reception to discuss the situation, the treatment was unprofessional and condescending, insinuating that "they had measured the bed to be sure," when it clearly wasn't the 150 cm bed they claimed. I requested a room change for the next day, but it was denied. The person who was initially friendly changed their attitude completely, despite my conciliatory tone throughout. I requested a complaint form, but they deliberately delayed providing it. Beyond the poor treatment I received, I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness, poor soundproofing, and lack of clarity regarding the room amenities. A rather unpleasant experience.
