房間太小了，根本放不下兩個行李，外面環境很亂，嘈雜，酒店給了堵耳朵的塞子，開始還奇怪，為什麼給這個，後來聽到外面聲音明白了，下次不會再選這個地區酒店了，

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 giorni con mio marito e mia figlia di 7 anni. Alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate, come la pulizia della piscina e la colazione, ma il personale che lo gestisce è veramente bravissimo e gentilissimo, soprattutto Debora che è stata fin da subito il nostro punto di riferimento. La camera anche sé piccola ha tutto quello che serve ed è sempre stata pulita alla perfezione. Lo consiglio davvero

Die Zimmer sind ok, aber trotz geschlossen Fenster sehr laut - bei Zimmer in Richtung Rambla. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen - sei es für Erkundungen zu Fuss. Taxistelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Leider nicht alle Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Lage gut, eher zwielichtiges, üsseliges Viertel, in 10 Minuten zu Fuß auf der Rambla. Unser Zimmer ist zum sehr belebten Platz vor dem Hotel gelegen und die GANZE Nacht ist Lärm von Autos und Müllwagen, Geschrei, Dealer, Polizeiwagen usw.. Fenster dämmen kaum. Dazu kam ein Feueralarm nachts um 2 Uhr, alle raus in den Flur. War aber wohl nur ein rauchender Gast. An der Rezeption morgens angesprochen hieß es, dass sie für den Lärm ja nichts können und kein anderes Zimmer frei sei. Manager sei erst übermorgen wieder im Haus. Fand ich unprofessionell, bei über 230 Euro pro Nacht/Zimmer hätte ich etwas mehr Entgegenkommen erwartet. Nicht für Familien und Menschen mit Schlafbedürfnis geeignet bzw. Ohropax mitnehmen!

Had a fantastic long weekend seeing all the sights. The hotel is ideally sited to the main areas to visit. The hotel was very clean & tidy with the staff being helpful especially the young lady receptionist who went out of her way to make you feel welcome and advised us where to eat, excellent all round.
