A few days before check-in, I received a notification about a cancellation that I had not made. When I informed them that I hadn’t canceled, their response was very rude, without any apology—just a casual “it was a mistake.” I found this extremely disrespectful. The hotel staff were also unfriendly, and to make matters worse, a mop used for cleaning the toilets was left out, and the smell filled the room. It was so bad that I couldn't sleep without wearing a mask.
Given the price, it’s fine if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and nothing more. However, I wouldn’t recommend going with high expectations.

The location is very good! The front desk staff were friendly and the sun was nice. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The location is not easy to find, but it is cheap after all. The front desk is very friendly and answers all questions. The bathroom is public, but relatively clean. The roommates are also very quiet. The overall experience is very good. I love Barcelona!

I informed beforehand I was going to arrive late, the very friendly customer service in WhatsApp told me to make check in and they were going to send me a code to access some days before my arrival, I never received it. When I arrived the customer service helped me via WhatsApp.
The bunk bed was squeaking all the time, even with a slight movement, no AC and for Barcelona without AC is difficult to sleep. The bathrooms dirty and when someone opens the door there is a beeep that wakes you up.

Leaky, noisy, poor reception, this couple lives on site who did not hesitate to annoy travelers at midnight upon arriving following their reservation problem.
Attention! Check your reservation email carefully because I reserved a room for two with two single beds with the price for two people, once paid it is marked for one person!!!
At check-in we were asked for additional payments of €60 for 4 nights.
After my explanations, I still had to pay 50€ without any excuse?! Never seen!!!
Cleanliness: 2nd and 3rd nights, bathroom not cleaned, shower water on the floor without bath mat, I had to use my bath towel! Terrace is not really clean...
Plastic cutlery!
The bus stop is nearby, but to reach the center of Milan, it takes about 1 hour by bus and metro.
