The room was clean and modern, but the soundproofing was terrible. I was told to leave. I could clearly hear the neighbors talking at night, and was woken up by the sound of electric drills during renovations in the morning. The 24-hour front desk service was good. A male employee helped call the neighboring room twice in the middle of the night to be quiet. I gave him an extra star, but the other female employee had a very bad attitude. When we were waiting for a taxi to go to the airport, an Indian man who had not registered all the guests pointed at us and said something inexplicably in Chinese with a curry accent while arguing with her at the front desk. I was tired from traveling and didn't have the time or energy to bother with this kind of garbage. Not long after we left, the female employee said in a bad attitude that we had checked out and drove us away. In short, I don't recommend it.

The room is not big. I booked a twin room on Ctrip, but was given a king-size bed room when I checked in. I requested a high floor and a quiet one, but was given a 1st floor near the elevator.
