Nice location

The place was great. FYI: It's a one-room (not bedroom) apartment with everything needed in an apartment to cook - I would think great for an extended stay for a couple or small family with the playground literally right outside the front door. The guy at the front desk was super-professional. The only trick to to this place was the €350 deposit which Trip.com doesn't cover - they do warn you about it in the fine print if you are diligent enough to read it, which I wasn't 😥. So, I had to go to the ATM, pull out €350 in cash to give to them which they won't return in cash. They will do an international bank transfer which can be a bit tricky if you don't do many of those. The guy at the desk was apologetic & said he wished it wasn't company policy & now I know why! I have had to go back and forth with their accounting & my bank trying to figure out how to do international bank transfers & I still don't have my €350 in my bank account in Texas now almost a month later.

We stayed at Allada in 2019 and now 2025, and we liked it pretty well. The location is fantastic, walking distance to many attractions and to public transport! There was some noise outside in the evening but not excessive; the nights were overall calm and we slept well. The rooms are nice for a couple; we were 3 so it got a bit narrow. The sofa-bed was ready upon our arrival! I also appreciated the basic provisions (salt, pepper, oil, tea), but not the instant coffee (but ok, this is personal). One weird element: the picture above the table (see pic); I did my best to disregard it. The reception is not staffed in the morning, so if you plan to leave your luggage there for some hours, you need to wait until ca. 10:30.
