Hotel is new, very clean and has nice decoration. Try to get a room with a balcony it will give you a good experience and nice view.
Location is amazing close to everything.
Stuff are supportive, friendly and well trained.

Staff not being helpful.
I requested King/Queen bed room however I got twin room instead.
There’s even no window in the room.
Asked for change the staff wouldn’t even bother to check saying it’s fully booked which I know it’s not

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Staff was incredible! Bed La comfortable, shower hot, bite out the window on the fourth floor facing the square…wonderful!

The hotels locations is amazing, you are steps away from Rambla while having a bit of privacy.
The guys from the reception were amazing and supportive with restaurant reservation and the luggage hold request. A snack machine was also a plus :)
The only con we find was the old mattress which made a weird sound with every move and the super loud and half functioning AC.
Overall a good experience despite not having a great night sleep.
Come to Barcelona everyone, this city will change your life!
