Great location, near La Rambla street, Plaça Catalunya and the old town. About 200 m to Metro Line 1 (red) station that can give you direct ride to Sagrada Familia or Pl. Espanya. Service personnel at the front desk is very polite, helpful and professional. The room is clean and comfortable but the mirror is oddly located. In overall, it is a good hotel to stay if you want to close the major attractions.

Excellent service. From Reception to the Breakfast Room and Housekeeping, the personnel were warm, friendly, and very efficient. A big shout out to Lisania at Reception for being so kind and caring. Excellent location for sight-seeing. Many famous monuments can be accessed on foot. Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, proche du quartier gothique, du born, des ramblas et du métro. Notre chambre était parfaite, jolie, bien située avec une terrasse privée et 2 transats ! La salle de bain spacieuse. La literie est également parfaite et une piscine avec terrasse est située au dernier étage. C'est la seconde fois que nous y séjournons mais ce sera sûrement la dernière, 2 critères en sont la cause, en 1er le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas la hauteur, vraiment pas bon .. les œufs brouillés industriels ... et tout le reste de mauvaise qualité (autant côté sucré que côté salé !) Vraiment dommage. De plus, la salle se situe au niveau -1 et disons le c'est assez lugubre ! Le second critères est la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres : si vous avez le sommeil léger prévoyez les bouchons d'oreille car on entend les voisins. Le personnel est gentil.

Hotel in una buona posizione, a due passi dalla rambla. Camera confortevole, silenziosa, ma abbastanza datata. La mobilia é abbastanza vecchia ma funzionale, dotata di bollitore. Bagno curato con grande doccia e televisore (???). Personale cordiale alla reception ed in sala colazione. Colazione internazionale di buona qualità, non molto variegata. Rapporto qualità-prezzo un pò alto.

We stayed for two days prior to flying to Rome for our cruise. We were welcomed by a friendly lady Lisania (Lili). We arrived early from Los Angeles. She offered to store our luggage and she expedited our room and asked us to come back around 12:30. She engaged in warm conversation; provided up maps and gave directions. She recommended places to eat and gave us restaurant cards to get a free beverage,etc. Our room was ready when we returned. She also informed us about the hop on/off bus. Lili always smiles and offers assistance every time we pass by desk. At check-out, Lilia gave a warm goodbye; thanked us for staying and invited us to visit again. Thank you Lili for delivering service from the heart. We enjoyed our visit. We will return again.

Très bon emplacement. Confortable. Petit-déjeuner très bien. À améliorer : insonorisation des chambres (514) insuffisante, WIFI très lent et serviettes/peignoir pour accéder plus facilement à la piscine, fournir des tasses à thé au petit-déjeuner

Leider machten wir keine gute Erfahrung im Hotel Lleo. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und die Qualität hat nachgelassen. Der Matratzenschoner unter dem Leintuch hatte grosse Blutflecken, die man sogar durch das Leintuch sehen konnte! Das Zimmermädchen sagte nur, das Blut ist ja schon getrocknet….. Von Seiten der Rezeption kam keine offizielle Entschuldigung, nur eine halbherzige Kenntnisnahme. Nie mehr!
