The cleaning was not good enough, the bathtub was not cleaned, and the bath towels were not changed completely. We couldn't turn on the TV, so we contacted the front desk, who replied that someone would come to fix it the next day, but no one came to fix it until we left (5 days).

They are all pretty good. The only thing I want to remind you is that there are no quilts in Southern Europe. They use a combination of sheets and blankets. They all cover themselves like this haha ...
