The advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the Holy Family. The rooms are OK. The decoration is old, but the lighting is too dim. If the ceiling lights can be replaced with spotlights and more lights can be installed, the whole house will feel very good. Parking is too expensive, 25 euros/day, which is 195 RMB/day. Generally, it is 12-18 euros/day in Europe.

The hotel is in a good location, 2 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia. The hotel is generally clean, the washing machine is not easy to use, it is not recommended to use it, the hotel bedding is good.

Our last day’s accommodation in Barcelona was a very large apartment suite with two bedrooms and complete kitchenware, suitable for a large family. A few steps away from the Sagrada Familia, it is recommended to stay.

We wanted to share the positive experience regarding our stay at this property in March 2025. The location was absolutely wonderful, just steps from the Sagrada Familia, and we felt very safe during our time there. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Having a supermarket right at the entrance was also incredibly convenient. We especially want to commend the staff. Their courteousness and kindness made a significant difference to our stay. They were always willing to provide excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this place.

This is the second time our family of four stays in these apartments. They are superb apartments with nearly four star-level of comfort. The rooms and the beds in this hotel are extremely comfotable. The two-bedroom apartment was very quiet and the level of service from Emanuel at frontdesk is excellent. They are well equipped and the air conditioning was great. This is a fantastic location adjacent to Sagrada Familia square with lots of markets and supermarkets nearby. Our balcony had a view of the Sagrada Familia towers. The hotel now also has a very nice terrace on the sixth floor that is excellent for the views at night. We looked at many Airbnbs in Barcelona and I assure you this is a better deal and a better apartment than most Airbnbs.

Highly recommend this property. Not only the facilities are top quality and the location is unbeatable. However, what makes them stand out is the courteous and professional service of their staff. Kudos to Irma, wonderful person, who gave us the best restaurant-recomendations, and also help us with a lost luggage dilemma. Eugenia also was super nice as the rest of the staff. One of the best apartments we had stayed, and we travel a lot.
