I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the condition of the room. Almost everything in the room was very old and uncomfortable. The bed, blanket, and pillows were particularly worn out and did not provide a comfortable rest.
I expected a higher standard of quality and comfort, and I hope these issues will be addressed for future guests.

The location is good, only 900 meters away from the Columbus statue. The two senior handsome guys at the front desk are very friendly, well-dressed, responsive, and even printed documents for me. The room is not big, but it has everything you need. It is recommended for simple travel.

The hotel is good and very nicely located to tourist attractions. The staff is very helpful specially Jose, luis and trixie.
Single rooms are sufficient for solo travellers and very economical price.

İKİ YILDIZLI BİR OTELE GÖRE MAKUL
Konumu çok güzel bir yerdeydi metroya çok yakın ulaşım için sorun yaşayacağınız bir yer değil. Tek kişilik oda inanılmaz derecede küçüktü, lavabosunda yüzünü yıkamanız mümkün değil o denli küçüktü. Aynı şekilde duşa kabinde öyle küçüktü. Maalesef bana otelin arka tarafına bakan küçük bir oda verilmişti. Otele ilk girişimde Flipinli bir resepsiyon görevlisi vardı ve bana iyi oda verdiğini söylemişti fakat oda gerçekten küçüktü. Ayrıca Onun agresif davranışını sevmedim. Ama diğer İspanyol olan resepsiyon görevlileri son derece yardımcı oldular herhangi bir sorunda. Otel genel olarak tercih edilebilir temizdi, konum mükemmeldi. Ayrıca kahvaltı da tatmin edilebilecek düzeyde sayılırdı.
