Pues íbamos sin grandes expectativas a este Hotel, lo cogimos por el buen precio estando tan bien ubicado, cosa que mosquea pero probamos. Será porque está reformado o no sé por qué, pero ha sido impresionante, es cierto que las habitaciones no son grandes pero muy limpias y nuevas, el baño super limpio, moderno… el desayuno es un punto fuerte, todo muy bueno y muy variado, vamos no sería capaz de comer más cosas de las que hay, imposible. La ubicación es simplemente inmejorable, justo en la puerta pasar de continúo mil taxis con precios más que razonables, por cierto. Dejo para el final lo mejor, Abraham y el resto del servicio, es una grandísima persona, encantador, cuando vayáis, sabréis fácilmente quién es solo por el trato, inmejorable, yo tambien creo que a todo el mundo se le debería de dar un oso de peluche del hotel. Gracias a todo el servicio y en especial a Abraham.

My stay at Via Laietana in Barcelona
Overall the hotel was ok. The staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable. The TV in my bedroom only had Spanish channels. I was expecting the hotel to have different channels as it's an executive hotel. I asked if i could have some English channels added to the Television, the engineer came had a look, went away with another remote then disappeared never to be seen again. Secondly I had to call reception at night as my air conditioning was blowing hot air, the receptionist tried to fix it but brought a table fan.

Not 4 star hotel!
The room was ok, it is not a 4 star hotel, maybe one time it was, but is very outdated, curtains are stain or durty, shower did drained well and when informed to the front desk the sent their technician and he responded that is was a problem that needed so kind of drainage liquid and it was strong we he was going to wait until he have checked out, meanwhile we had to stay with that shower that didn't drain well and it smelled the room like sewerage. Also there was stain of soap in the shower tiles and the shower head had mildew. AC thermostat was broken as well, Breakfast is ok and the bed sheet and floor at least was clean. I'm guessing that because of location the price, but one thing is for sure is no 4 star hotel! I'm trying to upload photos of everything listed in this comment, but is not letting me.

Helt ok
Mycket bra läge. Städningen helt bra. Stora problemet var stolsdynorna i matsalen. Helt nedsuttna och fungerade inte alls när man har ryggproblem. Sedan blev det lite tokigt i medtagen matsäck, vegetarianen fick inte det utlovade. Inga problem. men lite snopet
