So it is indeed a new hotel but the location is far from center but convenient for airport. I tried to contact them before to come for a slight early check in but they completely ignored me. While checking in I ask the receptionist to clarify why I was ignored she became argumentative and I felt undermine. The room are very small so pictures are misleading so be aware that although it's an Hilton but it is way down Hilton standards. There is no swimming pool and the staff are unprofessional and not solving problem orientated which was very disappointed. The morning is a complete chaos as breakfast is late time, all tourists are rushing to the breakfast area is a disorganised way, or it look like a outdoor fresh market where people are pushing each other for foods and no staff are here to help the surprising chaos and being a frequent traveller with Hilton I was shocked to see that it was worst than an postal of 1 star. Choking part is that it is becoming a norm in this hotel and many people were complaining. Thus I would not recommend and look around for this price they should be names as Hilton Hampton.
