一開始以為是飯店型態但後來發現跟民宿一樣
這部分是還好主要是他是很老的建築
光開門就花了我們十分鐘研究
我們扛著超級大的行李
但房東說我們搭他那個非常老舊的電梯是在玩😡
隔音不怎樣的住宿
除了位置以外都不推
最不爽的是居然不給寄放行李

When I first booked the room, I was sent a link with the booking confirmation that contained the value I was paying for the room. When I clicked on the same link after a few weeks, the price had increased. Fortunately I had saved the initial booking confirmation, otherwise I wouldn't have had evidence that they were overcharging me. The room was ok, but worse than it looked in the photos. The room we stayed was on the side of the street, so it was very loud soon in the morning.

Aceptable, hecho atroz por el servicio.
Demoraron más de 15 minutos en abrir, no tenían nuestro nombre en la reserva, contaban historias al respecto, en lugar de resolverlo. Tuve que contactar con Hotels.como para que con ellos resolvieran el problema. La señora que atendía parecía haciéndonos un favor. La habitación ya estaba disponible, pero nos hicieron esperar cuatro horas porque ese era su horario de checkin. No veo cómo no podían priorizar la limpieza de esa habitación para que pudiéramos dejar nuestras cosas un poco antes. Para un establecimiento que en todo lo demás es apenas aceptable, le vendría muy bien compensar con un buen servicio. Per el servicio arruina la experiencia completamente.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear , no apto para gente con alergia al polvo,en las lámparas pude escribir mi nombre "José" toda la noche mi esposa estornudando, y picazón de ojos y garganta, el aseo aunque limpio tenía una trituradora que se ponía en marcha cuando abrías un grifo y hace mucho ruido, desde el balcón puedes ir a otra habitación . Lo mejor la ubicación.Tube que pagar 40€ de recargo por llegar a las 23:20.

excelente alojamiento, es díficil de encontrar el edificio. esta dentro de un edificio antiguo pero por dentro el alojamiento esta totalmente renovado y es hermoso el diseño de este, una mezcla de lo antiguo con lo moderno, me encanto, tiene una terraza muy cómoda y bella. ubicación excelente muy cerca del paseo de graca y de la barceloneta. por el precio y en Barcelona sin duda es una excelente opción.

It was a disappointment, even if we now their room prices are low. Pictures did not tells the truth, the rooms are small and worn out. Doors are so thin, it blocks nothing, so you could hear everything. People talking quietly outside at the reception, but you can understand every word... We spent less then two hours there, only to find al alternative (for a higher price of course), then we left. We sent an email to their reservation email, telling we would not stay, their answer was " we are sorry to see you go, enjoy Barcelona". No refund, even partially was offered....:(
