This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is not as good as the first time. We upgraded to a suite room, which cost an extra 280 euros. Because we had an early flight, we arrived at the hotel after 10 o'clock, and thought we could check in earlier. There was no chocolate or anything like that in the turndown service at night, so stingy.

Everything was fine, but maybe we used room service but it wasn't taken away, so there were several cockroaches in the toilet the next day, which was a bit uncomfortable. The hotel also had very strict restrictions on the number of people staying in the hotel. Two adults and two children had to stay in two rooms or family rooms, not suites.
