The young guys of the reception are very polite and professional. They will explain the functions at the beginning to welcome you to the residence. If you arrive before the check-in time, they can save your luggage!
Cleanliness is OK, keeping in mind the budget.
The environment was OK.
At least male showers should be attended due to some of the spaces where clearly in need of repair, not a big deal, but they should check it. The push button of the left shower couldn't be set, so you had to push it all the time without letting it go. And the three head showers didn't spray the water fluently because it must be plugged with lime.
For me, it was a great single day, so I can recommend it for young travellers.
Perfect location for any activity in Barcelona city centre.

Disappointed by this experience. Upon arrival, the receptionist explained that my reservation was invalid because it was a women-only room. No solution was offered. I had to find another hotel on my own.

Despite the large living room, the atmosphere feels very controlled.
The cameras are very noticeable. You feel watched.
The living room doesn't have music or a screen, which makes it a bit cold for the space.
