We had an excellent experience at Hotel Sansi Pedralbes. The customer service was outstanding. We faced a problem that had nothing to do with the hotel, yet the staff went out of their way to help us resolve it quickly and professionally. Truly impressive service that reflects their strong commitment to guests. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, with the best ever team of employees. Very customer driven, supportive and educated. Destak for Erwin. The rooms a very comfortable and very clean. Nice beds too. Breakfast is very good, with variety and nice coffees made by Hotel team. I would return for sure

The team at Sansi are quite simply the friendliest I have met, yet they are in no way intrusive. The hotel and rooms are spotless, real sense of pride in what they do. The food is good and the location is close to a vibrant downtown. Really enjoyed my stay at Sansi and will certainly book again next time I am in town.
