The worst and most **backpacker hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 6am. It was raining and cold outside. We wanted to sit in the lobby and wait until we could check in. But the clerk came over and said we couldn't sit here and asked us to wait outside. I said: We booked accommodation for today and three days. It was cold and raining outside. We just wanted to sit here and rest for a while. The clerk said ruthlessly: No, you have to pay. The two of us had to pay €40 for these five hours.
