It was a clean hotel and very conveniently located near Plaza Catalunya. The exit near Universitat station is only 2-3 minutes away and takes you straight to Sagrada Familia.
One of the staff spoke Japanese and was very friendly, writing my name in Japanese!
The other staff were also very polite and it was a hotel I would like to stay at again.
There was no problem with the water pressure in the shower, i.e. the water temperature.
There was also a converter in the room.

The hotel staff is friendly and kind. The location is great. The room with terrace is full of Spanish feeling.
The breakfast food quality and selection are rich. It mainly provides fresh vegetables and fruits, cheese and ham cold cuts.
The room hygiene quality needs to be improved, especially the carpet. When entering the room on the first day and the day after asking for room cleaning, there are always one or two parts of the carpet that are super wet. Although slippers are provided, the soles of slippers turn brown immediately after stepping on them.
It is recommended to ask for the minibar to be cleared when checking in. Although we did not drink the mini bar items, we were told that they were used when checking out and asked to pay. Of course, it was not collected in the end, which was an unnecessary unpleasant part.
