At first all was good with the service. Till the aircon in the room doesn’t work. So I tried calling but the room phone wasn’t working well and I was perspiring so I went to the reception desk and told them. In all I waited for around 30 mins for the technician to come and get it checked. After checking the reception call me and told me they are going to restart the aircon and if 15mins it does cool up I am suppose to go down with my luggage packed and get my room change. We stayed for 1 week and plus the shopping for the week we have lots to pack. So after packing we went down to get our room change, he gave me a look that he is not able to change for me as I took more than 15 mins that he “instructed”. I explained that we have lots to packed but he just return with a too bad look on his face. I believe he is aware that the aircon is not working and changing of room is inevitable. I am shocked with his attitude. After some argument he eventually changed it. Then the new room tv doesn’t comes with Netflix unlike the first one so I believe I got a downgrade. But as it was my last night and we are just too tired to change it again. Location is ok walking distance to most eateries and bars. Room is reasonably clean.

The front desk was very friendly and the service was attentive. It was very convenient to eat in the surrounding area. There were many restaurants downstairs, making it easy to go anywhere. I had wanted to stay here for a few nights in Barcelona, but unfortunately there were no rooms for the next few days.

The location is great, very close to the subway station. There are many bars downstairs. The staff are also very friendly, especially the restaurant staff. They even asked if we wanted a baby chair.
