great service, but the neighborhood is a bit dangerous. and it's a bit noisy downstairs at night even in midnights

I booked the hotel for five nights. When we arrived, the elevator was not working and did not work during our entire time. We were on the fourth floor, if you were American this is called the fifth floor in America. I asked if they would offer me some type of compensation for the elevator not working, they would not. Nor would they give us back our money to go to another hotel with an elevator. I did not get what I paid for, nor was I offered any type of compensation, being 68 years old and having to walk up those stairs multiple times a day was not my idea of a good vacation. They didn't even offer a bottle of free water.

A great apartment hotel! Located in the Gothic area by the sea, taxis can go directly there. This is an old building with a gorgeous and classical appearance and decoration. The room is comfortable and thoughtful in details, with capsule coffee machine, kettle, induction cooker, large refrigerator, cutlery, pots and pans. The front desk and concierge are sincere and warm.

The hotel is very good. It was renovated from an old Spanish apartment building. One of its characteristics is that the room is very thin, so it feels quite spacious. The whole design is very artistic. I want to feel like I am living in a century-old house. However, since the Gothic Quarter is the old city, you will definitely need to take a taxi or the subway, which will take a long time to walk. It is not that convenient. If you like very convenient transportation, it is recommended to stay on the avenue outside. But if you want to experience the old city in depth, this hotel is still very good.

The transportation is not very convenient, but I like it very much! The service is super super friendly! I like the old town very much, and I need to stay there for at least two full days! Second-hand shops, buyer shops! All kinds of fun to shop!

The hotel is in a great location, very clean and the rooms are comfortable especially the bed, there is no breakfast inside but there are bars nearby we stayed with our family and we had a good time

It was a wonderful stay! The staff was kind, the room was cleaned every day, and I had a great time! There are many restaurants around, so we were very satisfied with our stay.

Excellent hotel, I recommend it!
