I'm a little scared of elevators.
The room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with appliances.
But the sofa bed is turned off and the window is broken and doesn't close properly.
I think it's an old facility.
You must pay a deposit, but if you follow the rules, it will be refunded.

Arrived at the apartment to realise that there is no reception on the apartment itself and have to walk to a different building with all my luggages which is 10mins away. Booked an apartment for 5 but only 4 chairs are given. The floor was dusty and one of the bed has sunken in. The hot water for the shower runs out so the last person is left showering in cold.
The receptionist was really nice and friendly. Allowing me to check-in slightly earlier and able to store my luggages after checking out. The location of the apartment is pretty good, there's a market close by and the metro is only a few minutes walk away.

Mio figlio, in gita con i compagni di classe, ha soggiornato per una gita scolastica, in questi appartamenti. La Società ha trattenuto 2 delle 3 caparre, per un importo di 700 €, con dei pretesti per i quali erano previste penalità non superiori ai 50 €. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO e al check out effettuare il rilascio con controllo contestuale delle stanze e rimborso immediato della caparra

Appartement bien situé. Mais maintenance pas faite. Haut de fenêtre manquant et volet cassé ( donc très bruyant). Des pieds de lit cassés mais qui ont tenu une fois remis en place. Deux étagères cassées dans la porte du frigo. Lave vaisselle complètement rouillé. Internet ok. Accueil et remise des clés ok. Metro proche.

L’appartement est bien situé. Les lieux d’intérêt sont faciles d’accès. L’appartement est spacieux pour une famille de 5 (2 salles de bains, grand salon…). Gros point négatif : le bruit (l’appartement est très mal isolé donc tout s’entend (la circulation des voitures, les voisins, les travaux dans la rue…). Ce n’est pas très reposant !

El apartamento es muy grande y con todos baños Está bien ubicado, cerca del metro y no está lejos de Plaza Catalunya. Para mi gusto les faltaría mejorar en la limpieza. Al dar a un patio central no hemos escuchado el tránsito.

The place was spacious for family of 5 for 2/2 apartment. WiFi was great. The place was super clean. Good value. However, we stayed in the 1st floor by the street so the apartment was noisy. The self check in after hours process was stressful and tedious, as the key can be in another location apartment. It was difficult to understand this process. It requires me to submit all passport, sign contact, pay the apparent and put in a deposit. I wished this information was laid out with ******* before I book it. Although they respond to email, it wasn’t clear. I had to exchange emails several times. Additionally they wouldn’t give you the check in instructions u til 24 before check in. Basically I flew out of SFO, not knowing where to check in and how to check in. Lots of emails wa tedious and the process was stressful.
If I knew, I wouldn’t have book this property. Although the place was spacious, I wouldn’t book it again. I rather pay a little more to have a better and personal check in experience.
