酒店的位置到市中心還是有一段距離的，但是勝在安靜
衞生也很好，打掃得很乾凈
酒店服務員都很有禮貌
忘記拍照了，酒店對面街道的有家餐廳的海鮮龍蝦飯超級好吃！連吃了兩天！

Nichts ist ganz so, wie‘s scheint. Beim Betreten des Hotels fällt der feucht-muffige Geruch auf. Dies setzt sich im Zimmer fort, welches aber dafür ruhig gelegen ist (mit exotischem Ausblick auf die rückwärtigen eher ärmlichen wirkenden nachbarlichen Mietswohnungen). Der auf Bildern schön präsentierte Dachterassenpool ist leider in Tat und Wahrheit winzig. Leider bemerkt man bei der Buchung zu spät, dass Frühstück pro Zimmer mit EUR 30.- zu buche schlägt. Dies verdirbt etwas den Appetit. Im Übrigen darf gewarnt werden, dass der im Hoteleingangsbereich gelegene ATM-Geldautomat milde ausgedrückt unkorrekt abrechnet. Beim Wechselkurs werden, nebst Gebühren noch ein Zuschlag von 13% über den Tagesmittelkurs ungefragt belastet. Zum Guten: Hervorragende Matratzen, sauberes Badezimmer, guter Zimmerservice, freundlicher Staff. Das Interieur ist nicht vom teuersten und feinsten, aber ganz ok. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Metro, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe.

Clean and comfortable hotel in nice area.
Nice and clean hotel. The hotel missed a coffee and tea corner downstairs which you find in various hotels. Good location as well, next to the Arenas mall and also quite some decent restaurants and bars in the area.
Pool on the rooftop is very nice and in the sun in the afternoon but pool itself not heated.
But overall, a pleasant stay at a nice hotel.

We had bedbugs in the hotel. Moved to a new location in the middle of the night. Don’t spend your money here. We were with kids, and it was a terrible experience. 4 bedbugs found in the bed and wall decoration. Not what you want on a family trip with kids. Still waiting on a refund.
