Super lovely hotel. The staff is one of a kind, warm and helpful. Location is superb cuz its so close to one of my favorite areas in Barcelona, which is the El Born area. Its in front of the beautiful beach port so the view up on the terrace bar is awesome. Also, get some time to walk around the port area and park. The breakfast was so so to me. Quite pricey (32eu) for what the have. Rather you should go to Bobo or Hoffman nearby for some nice croissants. One down side is the cords and not right next to the bed stand. It was underneath which was quite inconvenient, compared to where a lot of hotels has the usb plugs right by the bed these days

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The standard room is quite spacious and has excellent air conditioning. Besides the room, the staff are some of the nicest, most accommodating people you will ever encounter. Every single person here has provided my family with excellent service. On top of the hotel, they also have some of the most amazing food we’ve ever had while traveling. We ate both breakfast and dinner here both days on our recent visit, and the food cannot be beat. I am not able to think of a single criticism which is saying a lot as we travel very frequently. Do not hesitate to book your next stay in BCN here.

We absolutely loved our time at the Serras hotel. I still miss the people who worked there and the comfortable beds with the best linen I have ever felt. The position was excellent, the roof top pool and bar was insane!! The breakfast was great. Will definitely go back Thank you Sandra and Diago for looking after us !

Ideal boutique hotel, the service is exceptional..especially Sandra the breakfast manager, she was amazing and so kind, great way to start the day. Other pros are excellent room AC and a nice rooftop pool/resturaunt/bar. Our room was very small facing a back alley but hotel manager insisted it was a superior room same square footage as other superior rooms but they were not even close to the same size or amenities. Despite this obvious error, we liked the hotel so much we were able to overlook this mistake.

Location perfect. Room facing the harbour amazing. Real 5 star service by the staff, especially Sandra who remembers all you eat each day. Such a warm person. Pool deck great with view. Bicycles right outside the hotel to hire. Amazing linen, towels etc - spotless hotel A real 5 star experience
