Because of the flight cancellation the hotel does not dance to meet halfway, even partially, and did not offer to change the dates of stay in another month. I was ready even in the low season, but the hotel completely refused. No support at all!! It is not my reason that the plane was canceled, but the hotel does not care about the clients! Keep this in mind when booking

The room was small but had everything we needed, the distance from the station was not a problem, and the airport bus stop from the airport was close by. Access to sightseeing spots was also very good. I didn't have breakfast so I can't rate it. Everyone at the reception was very friendly and I felt at ease when I stayed there.

They treated me kindly even though I couldn't speak either Spanish or English, so I was able to stay there without any worries even though I was traveling alone. The room was clean, in a good location, and very comfortable. When I was retrieving my luggage and leaving, the hotel staff said "Thank you" and "Thank you very much" to me in Japanese. I had originally planned to show them a screen with a Spanish translation of my gratitude for their stay, but I wanted to express it in my own voice, even if it was just one word, and I was able to say thank you in Spanish, something I hadn't been able to do throughout my trip. I was not very good at it, but I was very happy that they understood me nonetheless. I would like to study more languages ​​and visit again.
