I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Despite the nondescript appearance from the outside, the view from the room was very good - over the city. The room was warm and cozy. The train station is a 7-minute walk away.

I had a frustrating experience at Hotel Sans. I specifically booked a double exterior comfort room, but upon arrival, they initially placed me in a tiny single room. After complaining, they moved me to a bigger double room with a balcony—but it still wasn’t the exterior room I had booked. When I returned to reception to address the issue, they outright refused to give me the room I had paid for. Extremely disappointing service, and I will never return to this hotel!
