- Impolite and even rude service at the check-in
-Gym is not clean. Rusty machine broken for long time
-You can hear toilet water of room above flush past you
- renovations / drilling from 9 am onwards
- doors of the rooms are loud when closing (even with earplugs)
- good location :)

A very bad hotel in Barcelona. When we checked in, we chose a room with an inner window at the end. There was no socket in the room.
The front desk staff was lazy and shirked their responsibilities. The manager on duty came to talk to us but was perfunctory. This hotel also has many special features (adult only), and safety issues also need to be taken seriously.
There are many good hotels around, and tourists who come to play don't need to choose this one.

In need of improvement: cleaning service needs to improve on details; building in general needs to be refreshed and renewed; ridiculously overpriced Skybar.
Positive: calm and relaxed atmosphere, chill areas, a very nice work area, nice mattresses.

Initially we were given a terrible room with a terrible bathroom. A day later we decided to find out if it was possible to change the number and we were given a normal number. Please note that the photos presented here do not refer to standard rooms (most likely in the photo - luxury)
