I chose this hotel because it was said to be good and close to Sagrada Familia, but even though it is a 4-star hotel, the room cleaning is not good. On the first day, I was surprised to find two dust rags on the table when I came back from sightseeing. I was surprised again when I told the staff and they just said sorry. There was only one box of tissues. Also, I ordered a buffet for breakfast, which costs about 3000 yen, but the menu was exactly the same every morning. Some of the vegetables were rotten, and the kiwis and apples were not ripe enough to even cut with a knife. The only thing the chef cooked was fried eggs. I thought that the raw garlic that was in short supply the day before would be replenished today, but it wasn't. The front desk staff were very friendly and the bellboy went out to the street to catch a taxi for me, so I don't feel like using this hotel again because of the poor cooking and cleaning. They will look after your luggage, and it's only 5 minutes from Sagrada Familia.

Good location, very near to Sagrada Familia. Hotel room (Superior) is spacious. The fridge was not working properly when we checked in, hotel’s technician has to fix it. One of the bedside lamps is missing. The room brightness can be improved.

Great location to every sightseeing places in Batcelona via Metro Station Sagrada Familie. Rooftop garden is the most attractive reason we choose to stay in this hotel. Supermarkets abd eateries around the areas for food. I especially think that El Glop Gaudi is worth dor lunch or dinner where their service is excellent and food quality is well above average, especially the iberlico pork chop.
