We felt very comfortable. We booked with breakfast, which I recommend; it's plentiful and offers a variety of savory, fruit, and sweet dishes.
The room, bed, and pillows were very good. The bathroom was clean and new. The bathroom was excellent.
The staff was friendly, warm, and super polite.
Its location is four blocks from the beach.
It's not downtown; the subway is three blocks away, and you get off at the corner of Casa Batlo, which is also a meeting point for excursions. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center. I recommend it.

The hotel is in a good location, but the service is terrible. The family room I booked has three beds, two of which were stacked together, and the sink was leaking. I reported it on the evening of the 8th and it was not fixed until I checked out on the 10th. Also, when I booked the room, it showed that it was refundable, but it was not refundable after booking. I had to ask the customer service for a long time before they helped me change the date. So you must be careful when booking, and don't book if you can't guarantee that you will be able to stay.

We stayed one night at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised. At the reception desk we were greeted with courtesy by the receptionist. All the rooms are tidy and above all clean, the rooms with attached bathroom are not particularly spacious but even in this case the cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast is excellent, very varied ranging from sweet to savory with the addition of fruit and drinks. In general we can give a positive opinion.

I stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied. Excellent value for money, clean and comfortable room, perfect after a day of touring the city. Central location, five minutes from the metro and with a bus stop right in front. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort, cleanliness and good value for money!

The hotel is very nice. We ate at the restaurant the first day and the portions were generous and the prices were good (I recommend their hamburger!). The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The only downside is that it is a little far away from the main attractions but the bus for the city center can be taken at the very front of the hotel. Also, there were hoards of rather annoying youngsters that played with the elevators and kept them busy but I guess that’s not the hotels fault. Great stay over all!
