Prime location on Las Ramblas at a competitive price for the area although the facilities are a bit cramped and a bit more hygiene was expected. Little friendliness received from the receptionist

Rooms was just okay, very basic beds and pillows the beds are individual and seems like old mattress so even they put two together it is not like double bed because it's different levels, bathroom missing to be more sanitize.
Location it's good but can hear all the las ramblas ambiance which is very noisy.
The attention service was good.

Der Mann an der Rezeption sowie die Reinigungsdame waren sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Wände ehr hellhörig, wie konnten aber gut schlafen. Die Lage ist super und es gibt die Möglichkeit auf Kärtchen mit Vergünstigungen auf Aktivitäten. Diese unbedingt benutzen! Das Hotel befindet sich direkt im Zentrum und man hat nicht lange zum Hafen. Der Aufzug ist sehr eng und klein. Das war für uns aber kein Problem, da wir Treppem laufen können. Als wir Morgens um 4.00 Uhr auschecken wollten, war der Rezeptionist schlafend am Boden. Lustige Erfahrung. Falls Ihnen das auch passieren sollte, einfach die Karte und den Schlüssel neben den schlafenden Rezeptionist legen;) Im allgemeinen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.
