Wat een slechte service We hebben 3 nachten *****feesten met veel te harde muziek gehad in het onder gelegen appartement. De eigenaar is niet te bereiken. Om een sleutel te krijgen moet je de city-tax voldoen middels een apparaat. Hierbij moeten ook kinderen vol tarief betalen. Dit hoeft niet t/m 17 jaar! Het is bijna onmogelijk om dit terug te krijgen. Zelfs wanneer ze dit beloofd hebben. Als je het nummer van de receptie belt om er na te vragen word je opgehangen en of niet opgenomen. Zeer slechte service. Ook *********** treedt hier heel slecht tegen op! Een schande!

Ciao , abbiamo alloggiato presso il residence a luglio 2022 con amici. Arrivati lì era previsto il check in ad una macchinetta, ma mettendo i miei dati non risultava la mia prenotazione, dopo che avevo mandato varie mail di conferma tutte ricevute con risposta da parte della struttura, che mi rassicurava sulla prenotazione. Dopo aver chiamato il numero che avevo , si è presentata una signora che ci ha spiegato che c'era un problema sulla prenotazione e che avrei dovuto dormire la prima notte in altra struttura, senza aria condizionata e senza i 5 letti previsti e i 2 bagni. Si sono scusati , ma alla fine imparassero a lavorare. Vi consiglio di non prenotare... fabio

Cuando llegamos, no encontraban nuestra reserva. Nos recibió la señora de la limpieza, bastante grosera y maleducada que tras dejarnos encerrados en un portal más media hora, me dio las llaves del apartamento de muy malas maneras. Nos alojaron en otro edificio y en otro apartamento totalmente diferente. Nos cobraron de más la tasa turística. Cuando hemos querido ponernos en contacto con el gerente de los apartamentos, no nos ha contestado, llamas y te cuelgan. Solo teníamos una toalla para cada uno. No teníamos microondas ni productos de limpieza ni WIFI. AÚN ESTOY ESPERANDO QUE SE PONGAN EN CONTACTO CON NOSOTROS. Una auténtica vergüenza, solo espero que con este comentario a nadie más le pase lo que nos ha pasado a nosotros. Si quieres problemas, no dudes en contratar con ellos.
