The service was very good. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. They recommended tourist attractions and restaurants to me and cared about me as a traveler. They also had a pleasant chat with us. However, the room was very poor. There were about three rooms with 12 people sharing one bathroom and toilet. The quality of the roommates was average. The bed was very hard. There was a strange smell in the room. I didn't sleep well all night.

Dejaron a una amiga sin lugar, la dejaron literalmente en la calle y le cobraron igual las dos noches anticipadamente. Muy mala comunicación por parte de la organización. Y cero empatía con mi amiga. Como van a dejar en la calle a alguien que ya tenia reservado y pagada la habitación.

Lo que no me gusto de Casa Jam, es que habiendo pagado por adelantado la reserva de una compañera del dia 4 al dia 9 de Febrero, por valor de 144,55 euros. Despues de haber hecho una modificacion. Cuando nos presentamos habian cancelado nuestra reserva por llegar dos dias tarde. Nunca nos avisaron, tomaron nuestro dinero y vendieron nuestra cama a un tercero. No recomendamos CASA JAM en absoluto, porque van a traficar con vuestra habitacion. Que pena. Ahora he leido que eso es una practica habitual en ellos. No vayan y no paguen nada por adelantado

Reservé para mi padre y sin duda alguna les doy 10/10 estuvo muy bien atendido , el personal super amable, todo limpio y organizado. Sigan con su excelente servicio, felicitaciones. Lo recomiendo a todos que quieran un trato familiar, seguro no se arrepentirán.
