Appartamento carino ( a circa 20 min a piedi da rambla o da sagrada familia ,lavori in corso nel palazzo ogni giorno ( rumori molto forti) , check-in disponibile dalle 15 ma noi siamo arrivati alle 15,30 e stavano ancora pulendo quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare una mezz’oretta buona giù in strada che avessero finito e il giorno del ceck-out ( da effettuare entro le 11) alle 10,30 ci sono entrati dentro chiedendoci di andare via. Macchinetta del check-in che non leggeva bene i documenti quindi fatto scansione più volte prima di poter continuare con la registrazione .

Poor customer service. Booked 2 nights for 5 people. Place presented very differently from the photographs. Apartment needed full refurbishment. Blackened silicone in bathrooms, very worn flooring. Broken window shutters. Safe not secured to wall. Decided not to stay and moved elsewhere. Informed the owner the next day and asked them to consider partial refund. After initial response advising Manager would review, all communications stopped despite pressing. Poor customer handling. Would not recommend.

Large, clean apartment, simply furnished but equipped with everything, air conditioned, with comfortable beds and excellent linen. In a really convenient location with metro and bus within walking distance. Convenient to leave your luggage at their other apartment located in Carrer de València 423. The only thing I found inconvenient was the check-in machine, I would have preferred if the data could be entered previously without wasting unnecessary time and perhaps simply enter a code transmitted.

Very good apartment hotel, to recommend +++ only downside, explanatory note of the overall operation airco, electric, etc. Missing. A simple note on the apartment door is enough and an escape plan is also missing.
