El apartamento esta en buen lugar y en buenas condiciones pero esta en una calle de tráfico constante dia y noche. El nivel de ruido es alto ya que las ventanas son antiguas con vidrio muy fino. Tambien problemas de ruido con los vecinos de fiesta toda la noche en algunas ocasiones pues casi todos los apartamentos estan ocupados por turistas.

Fijn en praktisch appartement met alle benodigdheden. Het was zeer schoon en er was ook gedacht aan producten als zeep, wasmachine tabletten en afwasmiddel. Groot balkon aan de voorzijde en een kleiner balkon achterom. Bereikbaar met lift. Handige ligging, je loopt in minder dan 10 minuten naar de sagrada de familia en er zijn multipele speeltuinen op wandelafstand.

Excellent for families for short / medium stay
Our stay at Sensation Authentic Gràcia was fantastic! The apartment was perfect for our small family—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location in the charming Gràcia neighborhood was ideal, with plenty of cafés, shops, and parks nearby. It felt like a home away from home, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable and authentic Barcelona experience

Parfait j'ai aimé le balcon et la propreté de l'appartement il est bien situé. Tout était parfait à part le petit problème de grésillement du panneau électrique je reviendrai bientôt avec plaisir en mars

Siamo stati alla vacanza per 4 giorni. Appartamento bello al quinto piano. Quartiere in una zona residenziale, ben tenuta, non lontana dalla chiesa di Sagrada Familia. Belissimi bar, ristoranti e negozi. Cosa negativa e che devi andare nella reception 6 minuti dall'appartamento.
