The location is great, close to LaRambla, Catalunya Square and a HOHO stop. Good shopping and eating close by. Bed was comfy and shower was hot. Unfortunately the info re entry is confusing, in one place it says keys are onsite and another says it’s digital entry. Although you don’t know it until you get there you have to download an app to get entry. We knew we’d arrive in Barcelona very early and enquired about luggage storage for a few hours prior to checkin. The answer was “sure you can leave it at reception”. What they didn’t say was that reception is miles away from the building. Very poor! They don’t answer the phone when you need to contact them. Too difficult to deal with.

English: Apartment in a central area (literally two steps from the Palau de la Musica) very convenient for visiting the city. Well cut and quite cool. Convenient to access via the app. Impossible not to notice a persistent bad smell in the bathrooms (which then spread throughout the house), probably caused by some problem with the drains. Be careful with the luggage storage, after booking they assured me that on the day of departure I could leave my bags at reception until 7:30 pm (one of the reasons that pushed me to choose this structure rather than others). Too bad that only once on site I discovered that the reception they were referring to was a 40 minute walk from the apartment. It seems that this is a solution that they only adopt on Saturdays and Sundays, but honestly I wouldn't bet my life on it. They should have specified it when I contacted them specifically on the subject, the fact that they didn't mention it and I only had to discover it once on site didn't please me at all. The check-in service is really very cumbersome.

Unfortunately, due to a bereavement, we were unable to take advantage of the stay in the facility which we had paid for in full some time before. We purchased a non-refundable rate. We never asked for a refund but only the possibility of being able to stay in another period. Unfortunately the structure denies us this possibility and we lost all the money
