One of the finest property i visited in recent times. The entire team deserve a round of applause for their effort for making our stay wonderful. + Ve points: 1) They upgraded my room after arrival without even asking them. Which shows their commitment & seriousness for making the guest more comfortable. 2) Staffs..staffs & staffs...from the moment we reached airport, then security, receptions, F&B staffs, room services staffs, the hotel management team, Spa/Gym staffs, Houskeeping staffs..all are well spoken, behaved & treat us nicely & helped us in every possible way in their capacity. This is made us more comfortable & ignoring very minor small loopholes. 3) Great infrastructure, well maintained property with a amazing VIEW you love to memorize for life. If you are nature lover, Need a quality stay with amazing view..then pls go for it.

Amazing views, staff and resort. We had a fantastic time at Khyber, the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. The food was fantastic and they even planned out a small anniversary surprise for my wife and I. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Gulmarg.

KHYBER ...A NAME BY ITSELF A home away from home. My best holiday till now . I loved the location the rooms the food the hospitality just a perfect holiday pakage. I thank each and everyone to take care of my family and me Mr Mahesh the main head who was extremely friendly and very helpful Chef Khemraj for sushi thai curry , Chef Veer fried rice nachos , Chef Aabid pizza and pasta Mr Vikram for dosas Mr Shabir,Mr Amir Javed,Mr Bilal ,Mr Zahid, Mr Hilal ,Mr Farooq,Mr Ishfaq Mr Varun , Mr Arbaaz for house keeping, these are just a few people who depict the hospitality and that's how khyber is different from others❤️

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Kashmir, the location of the property is amazing and the hospitality of the staff added to its excellence. The serene views of the Himalayas were very calming and a sight to behold. Within the premises, among the restaurant staff Farook Ali, Ganie, Junaid, Aamir, Javed, Zahid ensured I had a relishing food every time and the housekeeping staff especially Samiullah made my overall stay awesome. The front office staff Ovais, Front Office manager Mohd Rafi were very efficient and helpful and a special thanks to Mr Rafi who made our stay amazing and beyond imagination. Among others who were also very helpful were the coffee shop (Chaikash) staff, Ruqqayah (Swimming pool attendant) and others. The musician through his soothing music made a mesmerizing effect on the mind.

Excellent location of resort including delicious food and prompt service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Scenic view from first floor’s extra luxurious rooms . Feel very secure for family. Game room was upgraded. Pool facility was superb.

Good hotel. Good hospitality. However Jacuzzi area requires improvement, better upkeep and deployment of professionally trained staff to guide the guests. Breakfast is elaborate and good. Particular appreciation for Iqbal Tantray, room service for his good service and behaviour
