we had an amazing stay at the Khyber. the food here is phenomenal and so are the rooms which give some amazing views of the mountains

Heaven on Earth, clubbed into a resort
We are seasoned luxury travellers having been to Europe, North America, Asia.
The stay at Khyber would still rank among my top 3 stays at resorts of all time.
Really memorable experiences include the Christmas surprise gifts, the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner with a memorable live performance by Mr Abid Ali.
Rooms were extremely clean, well maintained, with nice view of the Apharwat and other peaks even from the basic category rooms.
Very attentive staff in every restaurant. Special mention to the maître d’hôtel Salma, who attended to us at every meal.
Try out their new Italian restaurant Brava.
If I am back in Kashmir again, I am certain to book a few nights again at the Khyber.

We stayed for 5 nights, best hospitality provided by Khyber ground staff. Mr. Junaid made us feel at home every single day by taking care of our requests. Mr.Amir and Hilal at the Cloves; Mr. Firdous at Calabash hosted us every night with Sheesha and dinner & Ms. Nazima guided us with the property and itnerary. Definitely coming back to this heavenly place and people.

The property is really amazing and breathtaking. Staff was also good especially Asmat, who did everything possible to make everything worth it. Had a great time there. Moreover calabash is worth trying with their amazing sheesha experience.

If you’re looking for a luxurious getaway in Gulmarg, The Khyber Resort is the place to be. Nestled amidst stunning snow-capped peaks, this resort offers a truly picturesque experience. The views alone are worth it—imagine waking up to a blanket of white, with pristine mountains stretching as far as the eye can see. And It’s just 100 meters from the Gulmarg Gondola. The hospitality here deserves a special mention. Bilal and Nazima went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Food at The Khyber is excellent! The Lebanese restaurant is a standout—not only does it serve authentic cuisine, but the addition of sheesha makes it an even more enjoyable experience. Don’t miss Brava, where I highly recommend trying their Spaghetti Arrabbiata—it’s absolutely delicious. Also, all restaurants here are BYOB for in-house guests which was a surprise for us. If you’re planning to visit, make sure to go during the snow season. The magic of The Khyber in winter is unmatched, with its cozy interiors and breathtaking surroundings.

The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt, Food was amazing, staff was so kind n helpful One of the staff member named Asmat was very helpful and nice by nature . View is Amazing for photos, game zone is awesome, kids enjoyed a lot, Pool is very nice with beautiful view,, overall loved it.

The Khyber is a beautiful luxury resort nestled in the Himalayas. The rooms are big and spacious with all amenities. The staff is polite and hospitable. Special thanks to Beenish at the reception desk to give us an upgrade. The breakfast spread is lavish and you are spoilt to the hilt with its menu. The staff at the restaurant is very courteous . I was particularly touched by the gesture of one of the staff. My husband was down with stomach upset so I called only for a parantha and curd for which I was told that it would be on the house. I insisted on paying and I did too. But I truly appreciated his gesture. Thank you for the lovely memories and the awesome stay.
