We stayed here for a few days while visiting the local area Lovely hotel massive rooms very comfortable Staff very helpful and friendly The highlight for me is the rooftop pool and bar great view especially at night, bar food was good and great breakfast selection Enjoyed our stay here

One of the best Hotel in Vietnam . Not beacuse of concrete and finishing , because of The Reed people .. Awesome stay . Special thanks to quen for such a fantastic international skills and communication. The breakfast spread was great . We were greeted so well with early checkin around 12 .

The hotel is located in the city center Ninh Binh, near Winmart, Pho Co Hoa Lu. The hotel has upgraded 6 floor, swimming pool. Enthusiastic and friendly staff. Buffet delicious food. Good price. Good holiday.

10/10 Detailed review from an American. Room: clean, modern, upscale. Western-style furniture. Spacious beds. Nice furniture, free toothbrushes and combs, lovely bathroom facilities. Noise level: PEACEFUL and QUIET! Relaxing, if you want to escape the city noise. It is the countryside after all. You can see water buffalo herds in the fields nearby if you take a walk outside the hotel. I can watch them from my hotel window. Staff and service: AMAZING! So friendly and helpful and honest hardworking staff. Won't cheat or scam. Use google translate if needed. Honestly the staff made our stay so good we extended the stay an extra day. Ask them for local recommendations (they don't get a kickback from any recommendations so its all genuine) Food: RECOMMENDED! Especially for travelers afraid of getting food poisoning or upset stomach from street food. Restaurant quality, home-cooked/cooked-to-order meal. Clean kitchen facility. Good prices, cheap. Made with love, the manager herself cooked a lot of the meals for us and they were delicious (for reference, im vietnamese-american so in my humble opinion, the authenticity is excellent and pleasing to a western palate as well. Personal Recommendation: Want a nice dinner thats still authentic? Order your food and eat outdoors in the cool of the evening, try the barbeque-it-yourself beef and goat. Delicious, hand-marinated quality beef cuts and goat, and they give you a little tabletop BBQ pit for you to bbq your meat just how you like it. Order some side dishes and its a great and fun family meal. If you want to and the staff aren't busy, they can bbq it for you if you want, but I think its fun to do it yourself. The location is out in the countryside but don't be alarmed because the hotel is a short drive from the main city center and tourist spots. The bad: - The beer is warm lol. They should refrigerate it. - Tip: if you ask for ”wine”, note that its vietnamese hard liquor, not the western understanding of wine (grapes). - There's a stupid rooster nearby from one of the local farms and it likes to crow all day. If you stay in the downstairs rooms you might be able to hear it, but if you stay in the upper floors you can't hear it. Would stay again.

It is a little while ago that we visited this beautiful place for three nights. But we love to think back to these days in Ninh Bình. We walked all the way from the Ninh Bình Train station and we was starving and worried about our chance to get dinner due to the fact that it was already late in the evening. But the overwhelming, very friendly welcome at the hotel let passed away our worries. The lovely staff cooked a great vietnamese food for us and the start for the stay couldnt be better. The hotel room, like a own bungalow, was beautiful designed, very clean and comfortable. The whole area was very well maintained with a nice pool, garden and even palmtrees. The both girls who run the hotel during our stay there was remarkable friendly and an awesome example for vietnamese hospitality. They offered us rental bikes, explanations to the destination and even a local healthy plant to eat while my girlfriend had a little flu during our trip. It is such an idyllic, perfect place for exploring the unforgettable landscape of Ninh Bình. We wish all the best for Ninh Bình Rustic Hotel and were very thankful for the amazing time there.

Family of 3 from Australia. We stayed in the double family room on level 10. Spacious, clean, warm, double rooms with hot showers and cold fridges. Staff were fantastic, especially the two lads who help with toast and seating at breakfast. Walking distance to night markets and WinMart. Couldn't fault it. We were the only 'western' tourists, but we were made to feel very safe and welcome. I would recommend and would stay here again on our next visit to Ninh Binh.

Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, trang thiết bị khá ok ạ. Mỗi tội điện thoại lỗi nên gọi cho lễ tân họ không nghe thấy ạ. Lúc đầu hạng phòng cùa mình ko cao nhưng còn được up hạng phòng lên. Nhân viên lễ tân rất nhiệt tình và quan tâm, còn giới thiệu cho tôi những địa điểm du lịch thích hợp, nên đi vào thời điểm nào là đẹp nhất. Khi tôi qua lobby mua đồ uống, hai nhân viên cũng rất nhiệt tình tiếp đón. Đồ uống rất ngon ạ. Đồ ăn sáng khá ổn dù không đa dạng lắm. Mong rằng nếu có cơ hội quay laii sẽ được thấy sự đa dạng hơn về món ăn trong bữa sáng ạ.

The hostel is in a quiet location, so there is no restaurant to eat around. The hostel is clean and quiet. Language communication is a bit disappointing, but it was nice to see how kindly I was. 3km from the train station. 4km from Hangmua. 4km from sweat. It is the best traveler to enjoy quietness in a location where you can ride a bicycle such as 6km from Chanan. Breakfast was also carefully made

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, 20 m from the main artery... Beautiful interior, green in the restaurant and breakfast rooms. The staff were very helpful and helpful. And if you don't see them like that, it's that you don't like Vietnam, because our smile is the first step if you want to get not indifference, but their attention in all respects. I saw clients failing to respect and maybe the follow-up did not agree with them. The hotel is very nice and very comfortable. The breakfast was scheduled early and the kitchen missed ... They had a deal with the emergency and one of the managers went to buy us a good bottle of Vietnam wine to apologize for the delay! Top attitude Thank you gentlemen!

We came to this hotel by chance and can only recommend it. The rooms are very large and comfortable. Everything is fairly new. But the best thing is the staff. I have rarely met such helpful people. They helped us a lot in a somewhat difficult situation. The whole family was involved. Thank you so much again for everything!
