ККсенияКАExcellent hotel!!!! We all loved it. We booked for 3 days, and upon check-in, we immediately regretted not booking for longer. It was complete relaxation. The hotel is large with beautiful grounds. The sea and sand are just amazing, and most importantly, there aren't as many people as in Nha Trang. Of course, there are people, but you don't really see them. It's quiet on the beach in the morning with plenty of free sun loungers and comfortable bean bag chairs even after 3 PM. There are 2 pools on the property with kids' slides and showers. We didn't opt for breakfast or lunch as we cooked ourselves in the villa. The villa completely matched the pictures; everything was clean, the bedding and towels were of good quality, the beds were comfortable, and the furniture wasn't worn out, everything felt new. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, slow cooker, a set of pristine dishes, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, and cutlery – everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms had good quality toiletries, huge bottles of Watson brand shampoos and gels, toothbrushes, etc. Cleaning was done once in 3 days. A lady came and cleaned thoroughly; I timed her, and she spent 2.5 hours meticulously cleaning everything, even though our villa was already tidy as we kept it clean ourselves. The villa has its own pool, which is just fantastic!!! The staff are very responsive. Thanks to Phi Toan, who explained and showed us everything, and was always available. You can move around the property in a buggy, but we only used it twice, for check-in and check-out. Huge thanks to the hotel owners for congratulating my mother on her anniversary. I mentioned it was her birthday when booking and thought they might bring some small complimentary gift, but it was a huge bouquet of roses!!! Such attention and care are very touching. Upon check-out, they allowed us a free late check-out of 2.5 hours. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay at the villa and are already dreaming of returning, but for a longer period next time. If I could give 100 points, I would. You can get a really good price for this villa when booking, I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at this hotel. Having lived in Vietnam for over 10 years and visited numerous hotels during that time, we have a good basis for comparison.
The grounds are beautiful and spacious, and the villas are excellent, each with its own private pool. We especially loved the mango trees throughout the property – they create a truly tropical atmosphere. For first-time visitors to Vietnam, this would be a real exotic treat.
However, there were some aspects that were disappointing. The pool near the beach is too small for the number of guests, and finding available sun loungers is difficult, both at the beach and by the pool. The food variety is good, but we wished the quality of some dishes was higher.
What surprised us most was having to pay for ice. In all our years of traveling across Vietnam, this is the first time we've encountered a charge for ice, and the price seemed clearly excessive.
Overall, the hotel is good, and the staff are polite and friendly, but we couldn't shake the feeling of a certain formality. Everything seemed to be in place, but we didn't feel that atmosphere that makes you want to return again.
For a first introduction to Vietnam, the hotel is perfectly suitable, but personally, we'll choose a different place next time.

SShanghai zhangThe room design is a bit old-fashioned and the lighting is dim, but I still quite liked it. There was one drawback though. I stayed in Villa 336. The room had two AC vents, but only the one directly above the bed was blowing air. This meant that if I turned on the AC while sleeping, it would get very cold, but if I turned it off, it was too hot. The other AC vent, not directly over the bed, wasn't blowing any air at all.
The hotel's exterior environment is elegant, especially the large lawn at sunrise – it's perfect for photos.
The breakfast was good, and the weekend buffet dinner was excellent.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and there were no issues communicating in English.
There were quite a few Koreans, especially Korean couples. They seemed to enjoy cuddling in the public pool, which was a bit of an eyeful.
Overall, it's still a good place, especially for girls who love taking photos.

What you need is to contact Butler by Katok, which is convenient to respond immediately. The facilities are as good as the photos. The private pool and public pool were all good. The poolside bar hamburger is delicious.
Breakfast was added when I checked in, but I was so satisfied. It's a rice noodle restaurant.
But there's one thing that's the worst. The rotten smell of the sewer vibrated in the sink. I contacted Butler and the staff came and took action. It was a little better, and eventually it was accompanied by a subtle sewer smell throughout 3 days and 2 nights. If this is improved, this is the accommodation I want to take my baby back.

GGuest UserThe hotel's public areas are stunning; you'll get great photos as long as the weather isn't too bad. The farm is perfect for kids – every morning, we'd go collect two eggs from under the chickens and take them to the breakfast restaurant to be cooked, which was a lovely ritual. Many of the children's crafts are free, and there's a free ice cream hour daily. Plus, they'll occasionally bring watermelons to the pool. The daily complimentary spa is also great value, and the experience would be even better if you go during the off-peak season. Honestly, the overall experience here is much better than the Anantara next door, where every little detail feels designed to make you spend more money. The biggest drawback at The Fusion is that the food is quite mediocre.

GGuest UserWe only booked here since we had a very late flight and thought it would be convinient to stay nearby for couple of days before heading to the main Hon tre island and Nha Trang city center. But we wished we would have booked more nights here because the Villas were very nice. We had a large family of 15 people including adults and children so we had to book 2 three bedroom villas. The villa was pretty clean but I think it could have been cleaner especially the floors were bit dusty. Other than that the private pools were nice and clean. The beach and main pool were nice and clean too. Only thing was they didnt include complimentary breakfast and the breakfast buffet was kind of pricey and it was bit hard to get grab to come over since the resort is kinda out of the way from main downtown. If we decide to visit Nha Trang we will come here again but maybe book the breakfast rooms next time.

GGuest UserThis hotel is the 'Russian vacation' type! Overall, it's a good hotel with service that's up to par. There are two Russian-speaking administrators at the reception who can help you with any questions. And, in general, most of the guests at this hotel were Russian. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is good. Towels are changed daily, regardless of whether you've thrown them on the floor or not.
There are enough sun loungers on the beach, the food in the restaurants is tasty, and there's plenty of entertainment for kids, both free and for an extra charge.
This hotel is suitable for those who enjoy lively vacations, having fun, and drinking and snacking at any time. It's not for those who prefer peace and quiet. We stayed in the Noah zone, which consists of 2-3 story buildings further back on the hotel grounds. They're a bit set apart, but we could still hear the sounds of a wild party near the main building in the evenings. And generally, there's loud music and some kind of activity constantly throughout the day and evening near the main building, whether it's aqua aerobics or other events. So, if you want quiet, I don't recommend staying in the main building. Also, some rooms there have a view of a neighboring unfinished construction site. We witnessed tourists being checked into those rooms and they were very unhappy. The other rooms face the main pool where the music is constantly blaring. We were lucky we chose rooms in these separate buildings. The Noah zone is quiet and peaceful during the day. The rooms are spacious. We had a garden view, which was wonderful. Birds would wake us up in the mornings! The second restaurant is conveniently located right next to these buildings, so you don't have to trek to the main building.
All in all, the hotel is excellent. I'm giving it a five-star rating because the service and everything else are top-notch. But it's not for us, simply because we don't like all the constant activity, the perpetually loud music, and watching Russian tourists drinking on the sun loungers all day. But to each their own, I suppose.

DDarling13This is a very peaceful and quiet place. However, for some reason, there are very few people in the hotel, so breakfast isn't always a buffet and is quite meager. On the day we checked out, we were disappointed that breakfast was à la carte. The room is clean, and the bathroom door doesn't have a latch, if that's important to anyone. The view from the balcony is stunning!
