For the Friendliest staff and most comfortable rooms you have found the right spot.
"透由貴公司Ctrip預訂此房型，check in時櫃檯告知，寵物房既使沒有帶寵物需額外酌收20美元，如果不想付這個20美元需要自行跟貴公司更改訂單，因當天才得知此訊息且訂單無法更改，詢問貴公司智能幫手卻要我洽詢櫃檯並配合飯店規定，身為旅客只有被踢皮球的感受。
