"The hotel will clean the room once a week, towels and so on can be replaced at the front desk. Hotel location is good, walking 2-3 minutes to the supermarket, Chinese restaurant, Burger King and so on. The hotel can wash clothes for free, with a gym and swimming pool, and parking is adequate and free. Also very suitable for family travel."

While the views and vibes were good. The hotel staff presented great customer service. We were in town for a track meet and with early morning starts we were very disappointed that the advertised breakfast with we were given tickets for at check in wasn't available not even for one day of our stay. This was very inconvenient and there was no compensation offered or given.

Very nice hotel and stay. Just a few things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. First was the desk chair. It wasn't completely functional. The adjustment lever would get stuck if you tried to use it, so you were stuck with the chair in the current settings. Second was the coffee. For some reason, they only had 1 regular coffee and 3 decaffeinated coffees. Third, the hotel didn't clean the room on the second day. I was hoping they would provide additional coffee, sugars, and creamers, but they didn't come by at all.
Everything else was outstanding. I loved the room I was in. The studio had a couch with a large swivel TV. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bathroom was clean, bright, and modern. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of hot options, which was great.

After booking reservations online, I arrived at the hotel and was checked in for my 3day/2night grief vacation. The next morning, I received notification from my bank with three pending transactions from the hotel for double the charges. I quickly went down to the front desk to get clarification on why. I was informed that they were not sure why I was charged but assured me that it was corrected in their system and the cost would only be be what I booked online. I explained to the clerk that my money was being held in PENDING transactions which means I have no money available to spend for food and gas. They quickly apologized and gave me a discount but it still didn’t change the fact that my money was still pending. I drove back home with the assurance the clerk cancelled the double transactions. I contacted my bank and I had to wait three days for everything to clear. This trip was suppose to be relaxing and soul searching yet I was stressed and depressed.

Hotel service is very good, the lobby atmosphere is good, there are often many people in the evening, chatting there.
The hotel includes breakfast, breakfast is very rich, coffee drinks, fruit, bread and simple eggs, and cereal, although thick, but also porridge, for the go out, drinking porridge, really comfortable.
There is a place to rest outside the hotel, and the environment is very beautiful.

They had a lot of ways to make extra money off of you without you knowing it was almost like they would put things out for you to get and then tell you afterwards. Oh, you have to pay for that. it was quite different than most hotels we have ever been to

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed here and I really love it, it’s always nice and super relaxing. But honestly most of all I like the staff, they are all so nice and accommodating but not in a fake, “I’m nice bc it’s my job” way (if that make sense) they just seem to genuinely like their jobs and want to help, which says a lot. I really love this hotel.

Subject: Concern Regarding Bottled Water Charges
Dear Team,
As a frequent business traveler, I have stayed at many hotels over the past three years. However, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel that charges for the two bottled waters provided in the room. I was surprised to see a charge of USD 6 per bottle (excluding tax), which I find difficult to understand.
While the bottles did have labels, I would not have consumed them had I known they were priced this high. I believe such practices are out of step with the current trend in hotel services, where complimentary water is typically provided to guests.
Small issues like this can unfortunately damage the overall image of the hotel. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that the bottled water charges will be waived accordingly.
This experience will make me more cautious when staying at BONVOY hotels in the future.

It was difficult to call the front desk due to the land line got zapped by lightning so we couldn't get picked up by shuttle from airport. Other than that, the hotel was good. We particularly enjoyed the pool with warm water. There was a bistro in lobby that was opened until 10pm and you can also buy snacks and sandwiches at front desk 24hr. We use the free shuttle service to airport at 5:30am and we were told they start shuttle service at 4am.
