This hotel is located by the sea, offering distant views of San Francisco and Berkeley University on a clear day. Unfortunately, it's been raining for the past few days, which really highlighted the downside of its somewhat remote location. There's a free parking lot next to the hotel's own paid parking.
The breakfast area has a very pleasant ambiance. Breakfast isn't a buffet; it's à la carte. The breakfast voucher generally covers the standard breakfast sets, so no extra payment is usually needed.
After staying here, I definitely agree with the scores on Trip.com and Agoda. The main reason for the lower ratings is the outdated facilities – the AC was broken, and the faucet wasn't working very well.

My recent stay at Fremont Marriott was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location was convenient, the accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
However, one aspect of my stay that truly stood out was the breakfast. The hotel's breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide range of options to suit every taste. But what really caught my attention was the omelette station.
The omelette chef was incredibly skilled and attentive, creating custom omelettes to order with a wide selection of fillings. Each omelette was cooked to perfection, with a fluffy texture and flavorful fillings that made every bite a treat. I had the pleasure of trying several different combinations, and each one was better than the last.
The quality of the ingredients was also noteworthy. Fresh eggs, a variety of cheeses, and an assortment of vegetables and meats were all on offer, ensuring that every omelette was a delicious and nutritious start to the day.
Overall, my stay at Fremont Marriott was fantastic, and the breakfast omelette was a standout feature that made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Fremont Marriott to anyone looking for a comfortable and delicious stay in the area.

The location is great. It's right in front of the mall, so you can easily dine, shop, take a walk, and more. The facilities and room condition weren't particularly impressive. It was cheaper than other hotels in the area.

The room was unique, the bathroom was large and very clean, the bed was soft, the sofa was distinctive, the floor was hard but very clean, the curtains were checkered fabric, the front desk staff were very welcoming, and the elevator was a bit old and creaked.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Fremont, and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The room was clean and modern, with a cozy bed—perfect after a long day in Silicon Valley. The free parking was a huge plus, and having a Starbucks right in the lobby made mornings easy.
The only downside was road construction nearby, which made some noise during the day. But if you’re out exploring most of the time, it’s not a big issue. For a business trip or short stay, this hotel is a solid choice—great comfort and convenience at a reasonable price.

The hotel itself was fine. But I was very disappointed to learn that parking at the hotel was an additional $50/night. Also - when checking in they charge you a mandatory $27 'convenience fee'. This entitles you to a $7 credit at the snack bar - where a bag of M&Ms cost $6. And this is just a regular size bag, not shareable, and a $10 credit at the restaurant if you spend $30. I will not go back because it really felt like I was being nicked and dimed.

Guest UserIn order to be closer to where my relatives live, I chose to stay here for two nights. I chose a sea view room with a balcony. Overall, it was a good value for money stay. There was a microwave in the room, which was quite convenient. The shower room was a bit small, but it was separate from the wash basin, which was quite convenient. Parking was free, which was good. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby before 11am.

Guest UserMy kid had a basketball training camp at this hotel, so we stayed for four nights. The room was tiny and the cleanliness was just okay. The surrounding area felt a bit unsafe. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room; you had to go down to the front desk to get it yourself. Parking was also very expensive at $45 a day.
